The check in process was a pain. Too much to ask a guest to do. Had tp do a lot of talking before hand with Maria about the check in process and pool. We were charged extra for the pool heater and lost 5 days of using it because it was broke before we arrived and she did have it replaced but many guys didnt know what they were doing so each day a new guy showed up to figure it out. Spent way too much time dealing with repair guys and by the time the pool was fixed we lost 5 days and then it rained the rest of the week ,so never used the pool once. Its too much to ask a paying guest to turn on hot water heaters, and turn on and off circuit breakers, turn off pool heater when leaving, etc etc. The house was clean, but no black out curtains in main bedroom made us get up every day at 6:30 am, plus the pool equipment is right behind the bed and very noisy. I would only rent again if these issues are resolved first.
