We arrived 3 days after the Hurricane and were so impressed how the area works together to get their city back up and running Beach service is an awesome benefit. Just a beach bag, cooler and steps out the door to the beach Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. No complaints Definitely a trip well worthwhile and will come back again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great vacation with the help of Four Star Condo Svc. The unit was clean and well maintained. Stayed in the same unit last year and the new mattress was a dream. We will be back again next year!

Condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was stocked very well for all of our needs. Free beach chairs were a great added bonus. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant and always smiling. We would definitely rebook with our host and condo.

OMGOODNESS! This stay was all we wanted and more! The check in host was kind and helpful. The location was perfectly located, being in walking distance from many activities! The condo was very clean with an AWESOME unobstructed view of the beautiful beach! We will most definitely stay at this location again!

Overall, this place was nice. It was clean and beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but it’s the elevators. Most of the elevators were broken and only a few were being ran manually. You had to call security to let them know you needed picked up so they could page the person manually working the elevators. We let the host know and we were told they have no control over the elevators. When you’re on the 11th floor, stairs are not an option. Other than the elevators everything was great. We would stay here again if they can get the elevators fixed.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our condo. Unfortunately, we are not able to adjust or repair the elevators at the resort as we only manage the condo itself. We sympathize with having to deal with those elevators, as we have to use them every day.

Great Place!

The condo was perfect! Very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The elevators were slow, but other than that, it was great and we will be coming back soon

Beautiful condo. We really liked the beach supplies the condo offered. We used the beach chair when we went to Shell Island. Used the water noodles every day.

Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need...restaurant in hotel was exceptionally good and free beach chairs were a plus....will definitely stay again!

2nd great stay in this condo!

It was great to be back at our home away from home. Our family always loves and look forward to this trip every year and this year did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as explained in pictures. They went above and beyond with communication, making sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo! View was amazing! Anything negative about our stay would be regarding the resort. Not enough elevators and having to deal with the smell of pot on the balcony at times.

Nice condo. Most people were friendly. Very impressed with the guys who operate elevators on weekends -very friendly. The only thing I can say would be it would have been good to have dishwashing liquid in the kitchen for when you just have a couple of glasses to washEnjoyed our stay very much.

Getaway

The room was just as described. Clean and beautiful view. They thought of everything. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Only negative was the elevator situation. Super slow and busy, which is not the fault of the host. Highly recommend staying with them!

I had a couple items I needed to address and they were taken care of without batting an eye. 10/10 would stay with Four Star again, and likely will next year! This condo in particular was stellar in terms of furnishings, amenities, and condition.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Tidewater 1109.. It was clean & roomy. Decor is lovely. Exactly like it looks in pics. Also nice having the beach chairs to carry down to tha beach! No complaints, only suggestion is the toilet seat in master bathroom needs to be replaced, it is cracked & maybe a nicer comforter & decorative pillows for the beautiful bed! We recommend 1109 & will definitely stay here again!
