Great location

If you're looking for authentic, mid-century modern with a great location, this is the place. It's vintage but very well maintained.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood

Our stay here with family and friends was wonderful. The house is large and pool area is just lovely. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Great neighborhood for walking and taking in the views and architecture.

Beautiful pool and outside area

We loved 272 via las palmas. Great house. The pool and spa were perfect. House is within walking distance of great restaurant and shops. Terrific stay.

We had a wonderful time at this rainfall decorated and beautiful home.There were just a few minor questions and inquiries but the management team was super attentive and took care of everything right away. Some of the very best service we have ever had from many VRBO rentals through the years. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. A wonderful house for our large group of 6 adults. Highly recommend it and also a very convenient location to walk to Palm Canyon drive for dining and shopping.

Palm Springs Mid Century classic

This is a wonderful home with a great location in the Old Las Palmas area. Its a classic property, ideal for those who appreciate mid-century design and are willing to be gentle with its collection of furniture pieces and the original fixtures. Its also very private with lovely surprises like four lemon trees out front, a great spa, and wonderful views. We highly recommend this property.

There are pieces that are original to the home and very nostalgic, thank you for noticing the owner's attention to detail. Wonderful stay in Old Las Palmas

We just LOVED this wonderful home in Old Las Palmas. Very large yet has an intimate feel. The beds were magnificent, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful pool and spa, spectacular view of the mountains, walking distance from downtown (but VERY quiet neighborhood). The house was built in the 40s and updated in the 60s so there is both a wonderful combination of old Hollywood and Mid-Century Modern. Palm Springs at its best.

Great Base Camp

The property was as advertised--not super fancy but very comfortable. Pool area was excellent. 4 big bedrooms and 4 nice bathrooms. We had several work-from-home people and the place was large and well-laid out so we could all work in peace when necessary. Safe and secure. Cool outdoor patio. 2 washers and dryers. location let us walk to many fun spots. i recommend it for sure!

Very well kept and well stocked -all necessities are made available to you. Perfect layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard oasis with pool and patio is so serene and such a great space to unwind and relax. Morning walks in this neighborhood are unbeatable. Host and management were amazing to work with. We want to make this a yearly trip now.

A perfect place for four couples

The eight of us really enjoyed our stay. Nights at the pool were wonderful, we never felt crowded in together Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Resort living!

My entire family loved this property! Beautifully decorated with many extras. The outdoor space is amazing with a pool and hot tub with gorgeous mountain views. Outdoor games(bags, pool basketball, floats)and indoor board games. Location is walking distance to downtown and hiking trails. The team at Altamira were very professional and helpful. Thanks for making our family vacation so special.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the most stunning homes we have ever rented. It’s hard to believe the beautiful pictures are real, but they are - the mountains and palm trees in the background while swimming or dining outdoors are simply breathtaking. The interior is beautifully maintained and wonderfully representative of the Palm Springs mid-century style (the kitchen is highly functional while a total throwback in time). I can’t say enough kind words about the Altamira staff - they were thorough, communicative, humorous, and all around lovely. Highly recommend this property and property manager.
