Blue Sails' many specialty areas cater to family time or quiet interludes.

Cooking is a breeze with two fully-equipped kitchens. Everyone deserves a seat at mealtime, and Blue Sails' kitchen nook and adjacent dining room offer seating for all. Enjoy al fresco dining on the screened deck located just off the kitchen nook.

Family gatherings extend outside. The large deck extends across the home with access from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Half of the deck is screened and has a ceiling fan. The lower level patio offers a space for a bit of privacy. As you head down to the lake, you'll discover a fire pit.

“What about the water?” you say. You’ll find plenty of space to lounge on the expansive dock, complete with tiki bar. Walk in at the shore, but enjoy the deeper water from the end of the dock. Three kayaks offer you convenience to explore the cove or head out to the main lake. With two electric, covered boat lifts and a place for your jet ski, the dock has everything you need.

Take a look at the bedroom configuration. Your large group won’t be crammed together, and you won’t fight for the bathroom. The main floor features three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and 2.5 baths. The “penthouse” includes a bath with shower and the room features one king and three twins . The lower level has a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a full bath. There's also a sofa bed in the media room.

Blue Sails is one of the few pet friendly homes at Lake Anna. We welcome a maximum of three dogs with a reasonable, non-refundable fee/pet/stay. VRBO will only add one pet fee, so if you want additional pets approved, you may pay outside of VRBO.

This is the sister home to the smaller (sleeps 8) Blue Skies at Lake Anna.
