La casa si trova su una collina di 40 piedi che domina Plentiful Cove sul lago di Anna, che è un lago incontaminato di acqua dolce situato a 60 miglia a nord-ovest di Richmond VA. È un lago perfetto per nuotare, andare in barca e pescare, o semplicemente guardare l'alba del mattino davanti a una tazza di caffè. Vi è abbondanza di spazio sul ponte della casa, tutte con vista sul lago incredibile, due acri di prato con patio e anello di fuoco incorporato e un sacco di spazio per esercitare i vostri cani, i vostri bambini o voi stessi. Una casa barca (più di 8 piedi di profondità sul molo) con grande sala schermo e terrazza per uso privato. La casa si trova in una piccola suddivisione con strade tranquille per camminare o correre. Ogni camera è arredata con un motivo diverso per il tuo divertimento. Il lago è lungo 18 miglia con 250 miglia di costa. Luogo perfetto per portare la tua barca da diporto o bass boat per Bass Striped, Persico, Crappie e Pesce gatto. La casa è a breve distanza da molti luoghi di antiquariato e 49 vigneti della Virginia. Situato a 90 minuti a sud dell'aeroporto internazionale di Dulles.

Aree storiche: le città di Richmond (Virginia State Capitol Building, Robert E. Lee Residence e il Museo della Confederazione), Charlottesville (Monticello e l'Università della Virginia) e Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg National Cemetery e Mary Washington College) offrono tutti eccellenti gite di un giorno a punti di interesse storico. Un viaggio di 1 ora e mezza vi porta al Monumento Nazionale sul luogo di nascita di George Washington sul collo settentrionale. Williamsburg, Virginia e il Colonial National Historic Park (Jamestown e Yorktown) sono a 2 ore di macchina.

Siti della guerra civile: il parco militare nazionale di Fredericksburg e Spotsylvania, il parco militare nazionale di Chancellorsville e il parco militare nazionale di Wilderness sono tutti raggiungibili in 30 minuti. Il Cold Harbor Battlefield e il Petersburg National Battlefield si trovano nella zona di Richmond / Petersburg.

Great place for a big family vacation

15 of us had a great time at this beautiful and well stocked. The location on the lake, the dock and boathouse, paddle boards, kayaks, and floats made the trip. We were so glad to be able to bring our boat and have everything we needed we will definitely stay again

Perfect family reunion week

Home is lovely and layout is ideal for family groups. Kitchen is very large and allows multiple cooks to easily prepare meals with every culinary tool that was needed. Downstairs game area was a fun haven for teens. Dock provided space for our rental boat and an area for fishing. Ice machine was a real plus. Large upper deck was enjoyed for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Communication with owner was prompt. Grocery store 10 minutes from house. Our week was truly “Absolute Bliss”!!!

Beautiful home on a great piece of the lake. Very clean and well stocked kitchen for large family dinners. Lots of toys for people of all ages.

Wonderful stay

This is the second year we’ve stayed and we absolutely love the house, the dock, and the location! This house is great for families traveling together. It allows plenty of room for everyone and some privacy too! Definitely looking forward to returning again!

There definitely is Plentiful Bliss here!

Me and my friends absolutely loved our stay here. For those who are considering this rental, trust me and just book it with zero hesitation! The cabin itself is properly equipped and clean when you enter with the most easiest check-in. But the boathouse is almost out of this world! We used the kayaks available within the boathouse to our heart's pleasure, and it is absolutely breathtaking on the lake! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

A beautiful place to stay on Lake Anna

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. When the grill died (things do happen), the owners replaced it the same day. They were quick to reply and we felt "taken care of." A wonderful rental experience!

Plentiful Bliss - everything we wanted

Our stay was outstanding. Location was ideal. Tucked deeper in the public side with lower boat traffic, sunrise views and perfect weather. House was more than we anticipated. Fit 3 families comfortably, with ample room for all activities. The boat house was a perfect place to spend our days swimming, boating and fishing. The Cove was within boating distance for dinner and ice cream. Would stay here again if the chance presents itself. Thank you.

Great House

Great property! Communication was responsive and immediate. Plenty of room for the fourteen of us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Waterfront was quite nice and was able to easily accommodate our ski boat and jet skis. We would definitely rent again.

Great house!

The house is in great condition and decorated very nicely. The location is great and there are kayaks, paddleboards, and a canoe that can be used. The water is deep enough to jump in and swim. The cove is very nice and usually quiet. The steps going down to the boathouse aren't all flat... my neice tripped and fell. But otherwise the house is great! We will likely stay again.

Graduation Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Plentiful Bliss! We chose to stay here as our home base for our daughter’s graduation festivities at UVA. The home was beautifully appointed with lots of room for our family. The spacious kitchen was also nicely equipped and very clean. The location on the lake was lovely and we appreciated the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The dock and fire pit were popular spots to gather. We hope to return!! Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Truly wonderful

We celebrated my son graduating from graduate school with our family and had the best time. Place was beautiful and very clean, super organized, and probably the best stocked Rental we have ever stayed in. Peaceful and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for sharing it with us! Wonderful Lake Holiday.

This is our second time at this well appointed home and we had a wonderful time. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing and just what we all needed. I also love the changes the owners made, very, very nice. We definitely plan on coming back again.

Perfect getaway for a big group!

We are so grateful for our time away at this incredible home. We had 14 people of a variety of ages and needs and this home met us all where we were at and gave us the space and supplies to have the best time! This home comes with so much more than us pictures in the game and kids department and has a very well stocked kitchen and pantry. The layout is great for both early risers and night owls to have their space and for loud kids to go downstairs and do their thing without taking away from the serenity of other spaces. The owners were very helpful too! We will be back!

Great Lake House

My family has been going to Lake Anna for a few years and this was our favorite place yet. Kitchen has everything we needed. There are a bunch of games, and plenty of room. Would recommend.

Excellent Stay At Sunrise Bay!!

This was our third time staying at Sunrise Bay and it never disappoints! From the amazing sunrises on the cove, to the delightful swimming and boating/jet skiing on the lake, to the terrific accommodations, our family of 11 had a great week. The house is spacious with amenities for all ages. Many thanks to Christie for her help coordinating a memorable LKA Summer 2022 Week!!

New FamilySunmer Vacation

We shared this gorgeous home on quiet cove in Lake Anna with our son's in laws family. Each family wanted to get to know one another better and also celebrate our first grandchild together. There were12 adults and a 3 month old baby with plenty of room for everyone. The house was just beautiful and immaculately clean, furnished impeccably, comfortable beds, large wrap around deck with lake views from both floors and a kitchen with anything you would need to cook or bake. Loved it and the table was big enough for us all to sit ar for dinner each night. The walk down to the lake and dock from the house was steep and not for anyone with physical disabilities but certainly worth the trip. Lakehouse was roomy, some shade, and had plenty of seating, dock was big enough for the pontoon boat we rented. They was even aa 2 person swing to sit and read or do some fishing from the dock. Only 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 down with lots if things to do(Ping pong and craps tables, children's area with play kitchen, games, books and large screen T.V. If you are looking for a great house with lots of room for all...rent this one...You won't be sorry! Kristie and her family are simply the nicest people ever and it was a pleasure meeting them there at their other family members home!
