This stunning 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo is impeccably renovated, stylishly decorated and beautifully furnished! Sleeps up to 6 guest.

Pelican Walk 108 features an open concept floor plan with incredible views from the spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen areas! Wake up to a stunning ocean view from the master bedroom! All three bedrooms have upscale furniture and luxury mattresses. The bathrooms will leave you feeling like you are in a first-class Spa. The state of the art kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to allow you to cook to your heart’s content, whether it’s a full meal or snacks for the beach. Wine enthusiast will love the Wine fridge!

The master suite is truly stunning, with Gulf front patio access through a sliding door and a bathroom decorated with cultured marble countertops, a walk-in shower, and brushed nickel accessories. In the second bathroom you will also find a custom tile walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. Guest bedroom #1 has a king bead and Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Unit 108 can accommodate up to 6 Adults. You won't be disappointed!

The room was AMAZING!!! The pool was in great shape and really close to the beach!!! Had one issue with a faucet but they handled it swiftly. Loved the management and property!! Pool staff very friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is the nicest one we have stayed in at Pelican Walk so far ( 4th one). The decor is beautiful and comfortable. It is also very nice to have a 1st floor patio. We did, however have two situations that did not get resolved. The security alarm system would sound off randomly in the middle of the night or during the day. We told management but it was not repaired. Also there were only 3 cereal bowls and no oven mitts. We informed management, but no changes were made. The cookware needs to be replaced also. We have been owners of beach rentals and understand wear and tear. When high rental fees are charged, renters expect better quality.

Thank you for the review! We are sorry to hear you had a couple situations that could not be resolved during your stay. We do our best to respond and resolve issues in a timely manner. Upon your reporting of the security alarm issue, we immediately called for service from an outside vendor. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the vendors schedule. The security alarm issue was resolved the day of your departure. It was determined the security system settings were changed resulting in the malfunction. New cereal bowls matching the current dinnerware were ordered online immediately and arrived after your departure. Regarding the missing oven mitts, I was not made aware of this until your review. The oven mitts were out to be laundered and have been returned. Cookware has been inspected and a frying pan has been replaced. Again, thank you for your look forward to having you as a guest again in the future.

The front desk staff was wonderful from start to finish...our view, clean room, amenities were all amazing!My wish is that other guests would have more respect of others and not smoke. Also one guest let their dog go to the bathroom on the beach and DID NOT clean it up! Very rude.

Marla is always kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is you are not allowed to put umbrellas in front of chairs so everyone was packed in the tent area. Over half of the chairs were not rented out so a huge space was left vacant while the rest of us are piled in together.

We have stayed in many Units here at Pelican Walk and they all have been immaculate!! The entire Unit was just beautiful!! The Master Bedroom and Bath was gorgeous! The Condo was very well stocked with anything you might need. And just steps from the beach. The Staff here is some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Looking forward to our next stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo unit 108 was beautiful. Very well maintained. Main problem we had was with the establishment itself. They had a water main break and didn't bother informing anyone. Just shut the water off around 9ish in the morning. I received an email almost 9 hours later to tell me of the incident(which of course I figured out by then). Water was off for over 12 hours. People were using the pool to wash off the sand from the gulf so now the pool has turned into a community bath tub. Then by evening time people were bringing coolers to fill water from the pool to flush their toliets. Except for lame emails, there was never any communication unless you went to the office.

It now has 3 bedrooms and it still has a lot of room for 3 couples to rent or for a family that has several children. We had a very relaxing time as always. No problems with the condo.
