Awesome trip, great vacation!

This is a beautiful beach house that made our family and friends vacation so fun. It is packed with all you need for great stay at the beach. Our grandkids loved the pool. The beach was beautiful and very convenient to access. We definitely want to come back in the future. Great overall experience.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Absolutely amazing is all I can say!! The beach house was beautiful, it was so clean. All the rooms were amazing. So much space for family and friends to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. You lacked for nothing at the double down. The host and her husband are absolutely amazing people, and on the spot if anything is needed. We enjoyed this so much, we will rent no other, they have us hooked. You’re missing out if you don’t rent the Double Down. The heated pool is just right. So much provided at the home. Thank you to Clarissa and her husband, what an amazing time.

This house exceeded our expectations in every regard. The layout was impressive upon entry and just got better as we kept going up. The beds were wonderful…so many listing advertise “sleeps xxx” and then you find a couple of bunks in a closet or a futon counting as a bed. This home had KING SIZE BEDS, nice sized rooms and 2 fully stocked kitchens. Other thoughtful amenities were the beverage cooler full of water, the outside ICE FREEZER, baby and toddler equipment, and all of the beach gear you could ask for! Plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans, really anything we needed. Access to the beach was perfect, and there was plenty of parking! We would DEFINITELY rent this one again for our large family…after renting in Branson and Gatlinburg, this was BY FAR the best!

If you are looking for a home to accommodate; very comfortably a big family, look no further. The hosts have taken the time to think of every possible amenity to make your stay comfortable. Our family will be staying again one day.

Not left wanting for anything!

The property was amazing! Enough room for the whole extended family. The house had everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t even think of. It was extremely clean and everything was in its place. We had amazing weather the whole stay, but there was lots to do in the house if that was not the case. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Another great year in the blue house!

This is our 5th year staying at lazy zone and we can’t say enough good things about the house, location and Clarissa! We always enjoy the accommodations she provides. The house is a group of families dream! The minute walk to the beach is the best part. We can’t wait to come back next year!

My stay at the Double D was fantastic.

This was a great place to stay and share with my loved ones. Plenty of space, nice clean room, great social areas for family and friends especially the second floor. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family to book and stay anytime they want a great place to stay by the beach. I'm looking forward to coming back.

A wonderful family vacation for young & old alike!

We had 4 generations of family together for a week and it was wonderful! The house is fully stocked and had everything you could need, for cooking and having fun at the beach or in the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic large family beach vacation

We’ve never been to PCB before but we truly had a great time at this place. The house is quite spacious and great for our group of 12 adults and 8 young children. All the amenities are close and the beach is even closer. Would definitely come back.

A wonderful place to stay!

We were so impressed upon our arrival, of the cleanliness of the entire home and the ease of checking in! We were a large group from all over the US and everyone kept commenting on how well they loved their room, how comfortable the beds were, and how nice the showers were! We had so much space and never felt crowded. The ease of walking to the beach was a big hit too! You can catch the most beautiful sunsets!!! Having two kitchens was a bonus and both kitchens were very well stocked for cooking! We cooked in every night! We will be back!!!!

Christmas family vacation

The house is amazing! It has everything you need to relax, cook, have your own family movie night, games and books galore! Management is very responsive to questions and any inquiries you may have. We loved our stay!

Perfect for Large Groups!

Everything about Double Down was great! we had plenty of room for 18 of us and the time we spent on both balconies in the evening was priceless. We have already booked again for next year! Great spot for sure!
