This elegantly furnished 2 bedroom waterfront retreat is located in beautiful Key Colony Beach. This community is one of the most unique places in the world. Clear waters, home of endless variety of fish and marine life. The home has a 37.5 foot dock and deep canal that can accommodate most boats. In minutes you can be in the ocean or bay.
You can walk to 3 neat local restaurants or Sunset Park where you can enjoy sunsets only found in the keys. There is also Golf, Tennis, playgrounds and basketball courts all in walking distance as well. The reservation gives you access to the private Cabana Club w/access to the beach.

Quiet and comfortable. Good fishing in the canal. You’re in the middle of the Keys, close to everything.

Summer vacay 2025

The check in process was very easy via messaging. The kitchen had a great variety of utensils, etc and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and access to our boat and accessibility to get out to the Gulf or Atlantic easily.

Property was just as described, We brought a boat down and dock was perfect, location great. Property was clean, Kitchen was nicely furnished and organized. David was a great host and very responsive. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing Home in Great Location!

This home is so gorgeous! We loved sitting out in the evenings enjoying the hot tub and fishing from the dock. The beds are super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Staying in Key Colony, you are right in the middle of the Keys so within an hour you can get to Key West or Islamorada. Fabulous time!

Wish we could stay.

We had a wonderful time for a week at All Docked Out. The property is beautiful and is in a great community that is quiet, highly walkable with very friendly people. There is plenty of space both indoors and out. We have rented in the Keys for several years and KCB is our favorite. The only thing that would make it better is if the visit were longer!.

Relaxing stay on the water, outside hot tub was our favorite!

We had such a blast at this rental! Adorable house and perfect location right on the water! The outside hot tub and tiki hut were our absolute favorite, we got in it every night and enjoyed overlooking the water. We also visited the Private Cabana Club which was nice. They had a great food/drink bar and ice cream shop with private beach access! This location was absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the keys! We would love to return some day!

A Great Vacation!

This was one of the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. All of the linens/towels were fresh and clean. The decor was tasteful and looked to have been newly done. The back patio was even better than the picture, as it now has a Tiki Hut. David was easy to communicate with. The Cabana Club membership is included, with a nice pool, bar, snack area and a beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

The only complaint we have is the layout of the bedrooms. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, somewhat awkward.

The home was very clean and had more amenities than most which was very thoughtful. The canal out back was incredible for fishing, you didn't have to leave the house. There was grunts, snappers, and a shark came by followed by a couple of manatees.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Upon arrival there was an issue, however after contacting the owner it was taken care of in a timely manner. The property is as described inside and out. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal where we saw jellyfish, stingray and a manatee that came right up to the dock and stayed for a bit. Hot tub was clean and nice to have on a few chilly days. The area is quiet and has a couple restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

One of the best vacations we've had!

This home was absolutely amazing. It was even better than the pictures. The home was beautiful and fully stocked. It is everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The back was amazing. We loved the hot tub and being able to dock the boat right at the place. We enjoyed using the Cabana Club as well but mostly loved just spending time at the place. It was easy to get around and close to everything. David, the host, was great and quick to respond to all of our questions. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come back!

We were right on the canal, went to Sunset beach to watch the sunset, and even made Thanksgiving dinner while there. Publix grocery is not far at all, love the coded door locks (no carrying keys) and loved the three different entrances so that various parties could leave without waking the entire house up. We caught tons of fish, hot tub was great, kayaked, and there was even a blue tooth portable speaker. Access to the neighborhood swimming pool, bar and beach was a great surprise. Talk about beautiful mornings. Repeat for sure.

Warm Breeze and Palm Trees

The Property was clean and as described. Our only problem was the Ice machine on the freezer was broken. A repairman was promptly called but had to wait for parts. The beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi worked well. The internet TV was a challenge, especially for local channels.. The location is great , short walk or drive to Sunset Beach and to the Cabana Club. All in all a real nice property and I would rent there again.

Property was beautiful and we had a wonde stay. Location was fantastic along with ClubHouse membersh

I would recommend bringing your own washclothes, hand towels, dish towels, and purchasing hand soap, tissues and additional toilet paper. All these should be provided but are not. Don't look too closely or you'll find the cleaning is not that great! Drawers, countertops, cabinets and handles were not properly cleaned. Overall, the place was great! Loved the tiki hut for shade and hot tub. Would rather had a pool though since it was hot! Really enjoyed the clubhouse membership with pool and beach. Purchase an umbrella if you plan to sit on the beach. There are only umbrellas for the pool.

Keys Paradise

We weren't sure what to expect with so few reviews when we rented as David had recently renovated this property. We stayed for almost 3 weeks in January and he thought of everything you might need while at his home. Beautifully decorated. The space is not crowded but open with natural light making for a perfect place to chase away the winter blues. The kitchen was a cooks dream with plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is perfect for walking, biking and seeing the sights of the keys. Easy walk to the cabana club for a swim. David answered any questions quickly and reached out to us to make sure all was well. The new hot tub was fantastic after an active keys day! Thanks for making our first stay in the keys the reason it won't be our last. You really spoiled us now. Looking forward to next year already!

Overall OK, nice community.

Strange bedroom layout, would be better with family with kids, not four adults. Security cameras with no idea how they’re monitored. Problems with kitchen faucet, when fixed still no hot water. Dishwasher not secured in place and thermostat completely locked with no adjustment possible. Recycle bin locked and absolute minimum stock on consumables such as garbage bags and bath tissue.

All could ask for!!

The property was very clean and updated. Plenty of dishes and linens for a great stay. Manatees, jellyfish, stingrays, and sharks all visited at the back dock. The pool and beach at the cabana were clean and convenient. The owner was very responsive and receptive to requests. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation
