Perfect house in the perfect location to walk to the beach and Seaside shops. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to have as well.

This home is lovely! We had a blast. We loved the heated pool. The Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella was a great surprise. We hope to return soon.

The property is beautiful, couple blocks from the beach and a ten minute walk to seaside. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were so useful! Pool was perfect! We only had one issue WiFi was out for 3 days and due to holiday weekend couldn’t be serviced but other than that it was perfect! Plan to stay here in the future!

This house was perfect for our beach trip. Easy access to the beach and a nice neighborhood to walk. Seaside is a close walk so we didn't have to worry about parking. The pool is heated which the kids loved. A perfect location!

This cottage was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and proximity to the beach. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Plenty of space for girls week, with 3 bedrooms & cooking most meals at home. Loved Seagrove area and shopping within walking distance. Thank you Mary for the use of your beautiful home!

Nice little find just a short walk to 30A beach access as well as into the busy Seaside shopping/dining area. House was well maintained with everything needed for the stay. The heated pool was a savior on this Spring Break due to the cooler temps. Owner/management group was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect house in a perfect spot. Quiet and sheltered under a beautiful tree canopy. Great pool and so close to the beach. Very responsive host. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return!

Beautifully decorated home. Very comfortable with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Although bikes needed attention the host was willing to make an accommodation with a local bike shop.

Loved our stay. The house had everything we needed. The backyard/pool area were great and where we spent most of our time. The location was perfect…short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to Seaside. Hope to go back and would stay here again for sure.
