We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse condo! My husband and I vacationed with our adult children and their significant others, and it was the perfect setup for our group. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the balconies taking in both the ocean and sunset views. The beach was gorgeous, peaceful, and easily accessible. Amy was an outstanding host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful condo that has everything you would need for a perfect family beach stay. Would come back here anytime. The beach views are great. Rooms had everything you’d need. Host was easy and quick to communicate with. No issues besides the occasional rain! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

This condo was perfect for our family! It was clean and well equipped with great views of the ocean. Communication was excellent and recommendations were very helpful for us first timers on the island. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Penthouse condo was very nice. Amelia Island Plantation is Wonderful. Great location, Beautiful beach and stunning views. Condo very well maintained. Great kitchen & fully equipped. Very good AC. Recommend adding/upgarde lighting in back two bedrooms. Unable to read in bed at night.

As soon as our family walked in the door, we knew that we had made the best choice for our spring break vacation property. This property is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and essentially has three master suites. We were vacationing with our three school-aged children and grandparents and had a blast. The rooms were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE! We had easy access to the beach and the pool. We ate in for most of our meals, and between the dining area and the massive island had more than enough space. We can’t wait to visit and use this property again!

Spacious and the best views!

We loved staying at this property. It was even bigger than the pictures suggest, large rooms with lots of closet space. The views are perfection and it was seamless checking in and out.
