Kick off your shoes, slip into some comfy slippers, and bring a glass of wine outside to the private balcony to enjoy the view. The spacious living room features luxe furnishings, a gas fireplace to curl up next to, and a cable TV for your evening entertainment. The kitchen has everything you'll need to wow your guests with a home-cooked meal, and there's plenty of room for lingering around the dining table afterward.

After a fun-filled day of adventure, thaw out in the community hot tub or go for an après-ski meal in downtown Breckenridge. You'll find terrific shops, restaurants, and activities to enjoy, including the Mountain Top Children's Museum, Towne Square Mall, and Empire Burger. Take the kids to the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, where you can take a skate lesson or attend one of the disco skate nights or biannual ice shows. Breckenridge Brewery & Pub also offers craft beers, pub food, and even seasonal live concerts.

Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.
The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
