This place in person is even better than the pictures online. It also is so clean and allows pets so that is incredible. There is a great selection of games and puzzles as well as some chairs and beach gear in a box below the house. Close enough to the community pool and restaurants/grocery store to bike which was added more fun beach vacation vibes. This was great for our extended family of 8!

This was the perfect get away spot. You could see the beach from the deck and living space. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of information about places to go and things to do nearby and up and down the Outer Banks.The house was comfortable and was ideal for us and our dog!

Nice, rustic house just south of Avon - just over the dunes from the ocean. The listing shows exactly what the property is like. The view is wonderful. Just got back from 5 days there and had a great time. Close to many activities and restaurants. Tony was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the area! The community pool was a great bonus, and the convenient location near restaurants, shops and an uncrowded beach made it an ideal getaway for the family!

Beautiful views of the ocean from the family room and dining room. Really enjoyed the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Easy to have dogs along with us. Great vacation spot!

Enjoyed our time here

The proximity to the beach was wonderful, kitchen well stocked, the house is in good repair. We would come back next year, but our group will be larger, and there wont be enough bedrooms

Spring Break

Great trip! The house is located on the ocean with amazing views. We spent most days on the beach fishing and swimming. We would rent again! Oh, and the dogs loved it. Pet friendly and quiet.

Worth the money

We really enjoyed our stay ! 2 things I’d change if I’d look for another vacation rental is look for one with out pets allowed as we encountered a lot of pet hair.That being said we knew it allowed pets when we booked . Loved the family oriented atmosphere and easy beach access!

Amazing view!

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, quiet cul-de-sac. The house had everything that was needed for our simple beach-going family! Looked to book again for next year and the house is already booked, but would definitely return for a peaceful vacation.

Private beach and stellar view

Awesome location and rental. We loved the Ocean view and private beach! The open floor plan was perfect for our family. We could see the ocean from the living and dining room. We will be back!

High School Girls Week

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Loved that the house was ON the beach, we spent a lot of time walking the beach. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room inside and out on the deck. Good amenities too. We explored the area, found many great restaurants (ate seafood everyday!), awesome coffee shops and endless areas to visit. Property would be great for families too.
