Hi Lisa. I appreciate the review. We have a four-stage whole house filtration system to filter the water although the city water has had issues lately. We flushed the water heater and all the filtration components and have seen better water quality.

We have replaced the front door keypad with a lockbox temporarily while we await the arrival of a new lock to ensure the security and convenience of our guests. Regarding the comfort of the beds, we are committed to our guests' comfort and will be evaluating the quality of the mattresses, replacing any that do not meet our standards for a restful night's sleep. We also addressed the water smell and cleaned the mold in the upstairs bathroom during your stay. We continually strive to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. While our water does have a high iron content, which is common in the area, we have a five-stage filtration system in place to ensure it's safe for everyday use. This information was included in the electronic welcome packet sent post-booking, but we understand the need for clearer and more prominent communication about this in the future. We regret the inconvenience caused by the recurring smell despite the maintenance visit. Please rest assured that we'll investigate the issue further to prevent it from happening again. Regarding the unanticipated visit from our maintenance team, we deeply apologize for the mix-up. We highly value our guests' privacy and will take steps internally to ensure better coordination in the future.
