Extremely direct and close view to beach. Very nice balcony. Host very accommodating and quick to respond. Older building but good upgrades. Nice pool and common area grill and beautiful part of the beach right across from one of best restaurants ((Salt Rock Grill)

Awesome place and location

The week stay was amazing! Must stay here! Very convenient and short drive/walk to restaurants and the hosts are wonderful.

Unobstructed ocean and beach views with a very short walk from doorstep to the beach.Gracious amenities stocked in condo for cooking, coffe bar and wine fridge perfect. Huge comfortable patio sunup to sundown. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable for 8 adults! Would definitely stay again

Great place!

Loved the views of the ocean and the access to the beach. Matt and Brandi were excellent hosts. They responded to all my questions promptly and were so welcoming. This is a great place to stay with multiple people who are looking to enjoy the beach.

Loved the location and the unit! Was great being on the first floor with awesome views. Clean unit that had everything we needed for a great time!

Wonderful beach vacation

Beautifully decorated and so well stocked. Everything you will ever need is provided. The beach is beautiful and the pool was refreshing and not very crowded. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Our hosts were great! The beds were comfortable and it was probably one of the best stocked condos we've ever been to...the kitchen with spices and expendables, the bathrooms with ample towels and paper and the laundry room with detergent along with chairs, toys and towels for the beach and/or pool. The view was awesome and the patio furniture was very nice and relaxing! If there was anything negative, the only thing would be that even tho the 3rd bedroom listed a new queen bed, there was only a double mattress on it and was a pretty small room for two adults and a baby. Overall, I would definitively return!

Excellent Vacation Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean. Kids were thrilled to have sand toys provided and the beds were comfy. Convenient access to a grocery store. We had a great time.

perfection at the beach!

This condo was amazing. Well appointed, well located, well suited to relaxation and fun. There was plenty of space for all of us. It just couldn't have been more perfect - we loved it and hope to return soon!

The condo was well accommodating for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. The views were amazing!

This condo was PERFECT for our Ladies of Leisure weekend! It was spacious (there were seven of us!), well-appointed, clean, steps to the beach, and within a short walk or drive to everything we needed to eat, drink, and be merry. The weather was cool/cold during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach amenities, but the balcony was just as described and provided a wonderful setting for morning coffee under a blanket and evening cocktails with stunning sunsets. The condo hosts communicated clearly before our arrival and were very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this condo if you are thinking of a St Pete Beach getaway/vacation!

Amazing views, convenient to everything host's were so accomadating

We came for Phillies spring traing for my husbands 60th birthday with our three children and their partners. There was plenty of room for everyone at Matt and Brandi were so great to work with.

Perfect Family Space

Clean, roomy, well-equipped condo on one of our favorite beaches! Hosts were over-the-top responsive and helpful. Check-in AND check-out were easy. Location was ideal. A perfect place for my grown kids and their kids to enjoy Florida sunshine and each other.

This condo is amazing! Head on views to the beach and gulf, plenty of room, clean, comfortable and well stocked! We had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I appreciated all the extras! The balcony views straight out to the gulf is wonderful! It's a beautiful area and the beach and pool are great. Just 4 miles from John's Pass with plenty of shopping, restaurants and water rentals. We traveled with 7 women and there was plenty of room!! Could have even had more and be comfortable. The host was very responsive and great! I love this place and will return!

Family vacation

The location of the condo is perfect and being able to sit on the deck and listen to the sea was relaxing. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and all the beach toys provided at the condo. This condo suited our family of 10 well and we'd stay again with hesitation.

Exceeded all our expectations

Big hang out space, nice rooms, nice coffee bar. Everything was current and nicely updated. Terrific beach front view. The only way to make this place better is add a third bathroom. But we would happily stay here again as is.

Daughter's Sweet 16 - Casual Getaway

Our family was beyond happy with our stay. Our daughter was not looking for a party just a couple days at the beach with family and friends. We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and the hosts were extremely accomodating and easy to work with. We were able to walk across the street to Salt Rock Grill for her birthday dinner. We would highly recommend this location to all of our family and friends. Great location, living space and beach access.

Beach getaway

This was a beach-facing condo with plenty of room for all of us (kids, teens and adults) to enjoy ourselves. We had a sunset view of the beach from our first floor deck. The accommodations were well stocked, plenty of linens as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Brandi made the check in procedure easy and quick and she answered our questions with quick replies. I would definitely stay here again!
