Welcome! This cozy 2 bedroom / 1 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood plotted nicely between Nashville Intl Airport (BNA) and Downtown Nashville. Just 4 miles away from the Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, trendy East Nashville, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena & lots of great restaurants. Or, hop on Briley Pkwy to head over to the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, and Opry Mills Mall all of which are less than 5 miles away.

The space
This home is kept professionally cleaned and equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! We try to fit everyone's tastes and needs the best we can. There are two brand new Ashley Sierra sleep mattresses (one soft and one firm) as well as a super comfy sectional couch and an additional full size couch as well. The home also includes High Speed internet & WiFi. Smart TV and Roku, Keurig, plenty of clean towels, bath cloths, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc.

Guest access
We understand that travel can be challenging so we have an electronic door lock on the front door in case we can't be there so our guests can check in whenever needed. There is plenty of space to park up to 3 cars in the driveway. But, if you don't have a car, no problem. It is only a short / inexpensive Uber or Taxi ride from the airport to the house then anywhere else you want to go.

The home was great for a two nite stay. The only thing I didn't like, is the very low water pressure in the shower. Lol. Perfect little cottage. Thank you.

Pleasant place to stay

This was a great place to call home while we spent our days exploring the city. I was amazed at how convenient it was to get downtown, even during rush hour. Wes was quick to communicate. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the yard is full of beautiful old trees. My kids loved catching lightning bugs in the evening. We would stay again. Thanks!

Best Home in Best Location!

This is the cutest little 2 bedroom home centrally located to anywhere you might want to go in Nashville. It was perfect for us (4 adults) and would also be perfect for a 4-5 person family. It has a daybed in one of the bedrooms which is not in the description. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need in it. I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! And the host (Wes) was great!

Wonderful!!

Cute house and great location! Close to airport, downtown and other attractions. Owner responded quickly to all questions. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the patio for morning coffee!!

Wonderful small home

A home is just what we needed for this trip with family included. My husband does home dialysis and a home provided the room we needed. The only thing (and this is just presonal preference) the beds were a little soft for us, may be perfect for others. If the occasion arises we will rent again.

Cute little place in the middle of everything!

Had a great stay in this darling home. It's close to downtown, close to the universities, and close to the airport. Super quiet and extremely clean - I loved this little home!! Communication with the owner was excellent, and contactless check-in and departure was super easy. Highly recommend staying here!!

The house was filthy. There was pink mold on the shower curtain and the window blind above the tub.

Spent over an hour cleaning the pink mold out of the bathroom. And the oven was so dirty that it set off the smoke alarms when I turned it on. My husband cleaned the multiple handprints off the doors. Very disappointed! The bedding was horrible! I've never seen such cheap pillows. The quilts and sheets look like they came from Goodwill. And not the amazing kind of stuff you can find there, the stuff that should have been tossed in the trash! Do not stay here unless you're desperate.
