Items To Note:

This rental does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.

No smoking in the house.

No pets allowed.

This property is equipped with video surveillance underneath, in the parking area. Tampering with this equipment is grounds for immediate eviction.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
