Summer Getaway

We enjoyed a great stay at the house, with comfortable rooms for everyone. It was a great place for family fun, as there was seating for everyone inside to gather and also outside on the deck to enjoy the views. We enjoyed the hot tub, as it was sparkling clean, pre-heated, and had gorgeous views. The house was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas which were perfect for a few beach days and the house was well stocked with supplies for cooking at home. The location is excellent and conveniently located. Just down the hill was a great breakfast spot, within walking distance and we even walked the trail behind the house over to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again!

Board and Ski Vacattion

Great place, just a short drive from any of the lifts for the mountain. Place was clean, well stocked, and labeled. Good communication with the property manager or owner. Who also stopped by to check in and make sure everything was going well.

Great house

Rented this house during the first weekend of March Madness. Great set-up, owner and property manager were easy to work with. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family weekend

We had the best time in this gorgeous perfectly appointed home. Our family ranged from 18-60. There was something for everyone and very close to beach and we enjoyed hiking behind the property. Love it!

Wonderful multi-family stay

The house was better than advertised. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat. The place is huge and perfectly set up for multiple families. We dont have anything negative to say at all. Great trip.

Great extended family holiday home

Such a great house, clean, well organized, fabulous amenities. The setting is peaceful, yet very close to beaches, shopping, grocery. It was a nice respite with lovely mountain views and access to trails. Highly recommend this house!

Golf Trip

This property was amazing. The views were top notch and could not ask for a better location. Close proximity to all that South Lake Tahoe/Stateline has to offer. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great Property

We really enjoyed the stay. Great property for families. Access to hiking. House was perfect for people who want to gather in groups or retreat to their own space. Showers had great water pressure and immediate hot water. House is in a great location. Property manager was nice and helpful. Rules were simple. We would definitely stay again.

Tahoe Ski Trip

Great experience. Great house and location. Easy drive to Boulder and Stagecoach lifts. One of our rental cars battery died and they came by and jumped it for us.

Amazing Fall Golf weekend in Tahoe

We had a 10 person dad’s weekend in early October. The pictures did not do the house justice. Amazing spot on the Nevada side with great views. The inside was well equipped with comfortable couches, great TV viewing ( for endless college football) and a well appointed kitchen . Everyone had a comfortable bed and the hot tub and proximity to golf and casinos were really convenient. We’re planning on coming back next year,

Perfect Accommodations

This beautiful property was everything we hoped for and more. Located in a nice neighborhood, close to the ski slopes with wonderful mountain views. Our group had so much fun and there was tons for room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some gourmet meals of our large group. Everyone kept commenting on how perfect this rental was for our trip. I highly recommend this property year round.

Winter wonderland!

We love this property and like it for our annual family Christmas. We were a little disappointed that the cable was gone and we could not see our Sunday football. Some pots and kitchen utinsils could be replaced, but these small things would not keep us away. Thanks!

House, Location, Amenities, View - Amazing!

This house was great! We had 18 adults and it never felt crowded. The house is set up in a way that provides plenty of living space for everyone. The game/bunk room sleeps 6 singles very easily and the bedrooms were perfect for all the couples. The location was great. The house is set between the Stagecoach/Boulder lifts and the Ski Village/Casinos so you have very convenient access to both - We could be from door to craps table in only a few minutes. Each morning we woke up to a clean drive way - it snowed 2 feet while we were there so this was clutch! My crew was very impressed with everything this house had to offer. Gerard (Owner) was very patient with me as I had to contact him several times with questions/concerns due to having such a large group in a place we had never visited. He was prompt and very hospitable, met him on the final day and he is extremely nice. Thanks Gerard!

What an amazing week !

We travelled as a group of longstanding friends, that are family in all but name. Us and our 6 & 8 year old, My oldest friend and his wife and my other oldest friends wife and 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter. Arrived really late at night, zero issue with access and communication. House is amazing !!!! Split over multiple levels, with all the main bedrooms on one floor, plenty of space to put the kids in their own rooms or share if they wanted. Master suite having a fireplace was a joy ... There was literally anything we needed in the huge kitchen and the living space having multiple areas was perfect. We picked the best week for skiing, Loads of snow before we arrived, 5 perfect clear days and then snow the night before our last full day. Stagecoach and boulder lifts just up the road, Main gondola for Heavenly 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, bars and takeaway food within minutes. We all enjoyed the hot tub, kids played in the snow ... it was just perfect. As a group we have had a tough year and this was just what we needed. Next time we are in Tahoe, I wouldn't rent anywhere else ! If you are on the fence, don't be, you won't regret it

Fantastic memories in an awesome home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. We loved that 6 of the rooms had king beds and 5 of the rooms had attached bathrooms. Everyone was comfy and cozy in the very comfortable beds and accommodations. No stairs to enter home, which enters into a landing area. There are about four to five steps down from the landing area to the main living area. There is one bedroom with a king size bed on the main level. This room does not have a bathroom attached but does have a bathroom within about five steps outside the door. The chef we brought in was very happy with the kitchen set up and size along with the Viking stove top and oven. There are two refrigerators one in the home and one in the garage, so plenty of space for all of your food and drinks. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking and baking, including all Cookware bakeware blenders Crock-Pot, spices, kitchen towels, every kitchen utensil imaginable, cutting boards, plenty of flatware and plenty of silverware for our large group. You really don't need to bring anything for cooking. There's one more bedroom half Way down the flight of stairs, which is the kids room with 6 twin beds pool table. The room has a half bath attached. All other bedrooms are completely downstairs. There are a total of five bedrooms downstairs including the master.. All of the rooms except one have a bathroom attached. The room without a bathroom attached has a bathroom immediately outside of the room.

Amazing!

Sixteen of us stayed here for a 4 day ski trip. The house is absolutely gorgeous; it has big windows that overlook the forest, it's beautifully furnished and super comfortable; even with 16 people, we never felt cramped in. As previous reviews mentioned, the house is fully stocked; anything we needed was already supplied, from small details like spare reading glasses and tape to fully equipped kitchen and basic cooking supplies like spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, etc. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with nice mattress and linen, plenty of towels, extra blankets etc. The best part about this house is that you can really just arrive, unpack and relax. The house even comes with snow cleaning service! I had trouble envisioning the layout from the description so here it is: The top level coming in from the entrance consists of two large living areas, two dining areas and a kitchen, basically one large open concept area. Off the living area with the giant fireplace is a bedroom with a single bed and a full bathroom (separate from the bedroom). Down a flight of stairs is a shared room with six beds (bunks) and attached to it is a half bath. Down another flight of stairs are four master suites (room + bathroom), one room with a single bed, one room with a set of bunk beds and a separate full large bathroom. Communication with the owner was excellent, he was very responsive and flexible about check in when we had to change our plans and arrived early due to a blizzard warning for the area. By far the nicest properly I have ever stayed at and as the organizer for the trip it made me look good because everyone was super impressed with it :) There really was no down side to this property and I am considering booking it for future trips! Amazing stay!!!!
