Even better than pictured!

The house was excellent! Everything was very clean and we were impressed by the modern fixtures and amenities. There was a small hiccup with our key code not working on the door, but we called the property manager and they helped us get in within a few minutes and sent a tech out to repair the door. Great customer service and a great property for a group of friends. We'll stay again!

Powder n Wakes

There were a few things that need attention such as one of the dishwashers did not work and the pool sticks need new tips, but overall its a great property and we may come again.

Winter Winderland and Ultimate Family Vacation Home

Powder n Wakes is a beautiful property with outdoor features, such as a running stream, that make it very relaxing in the winter months. Its gathering spaces are big and facilitate lots of fun for all ages! The driveway is long and is on a downward slope. We had trouble getting out during our snowy stay, but the maintenance crew was very helpful and responsive with plows and salt! I was impressed with the variety of kitchen tools available for our meal prep and the kid-friendly features such as colorful plastic cups and a high chair!

Powder n Wakes

We very much enjoyed the property, both inside and out. It's clean, spacious, and adequately accommodated our group of 12. It would benefit from having one more bathroom and more table seating, but we were able to make it work.
