• Outdoor Fun: Hot tub, enclosed porch, dock

• Water Activities: 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards - The kayaks and paddleboards are designed for adult use and are not recommended for children.

• For safety, adult supervision is required whenever children are in or around the water, hot tub, or dock.

• Beach: 2 miles away

There is no smoking, marijuana or vaping inside, in the hot tub, on the dock, lanai, or within 25 ft of the building. Smoking is only past the parking

Smoking, Marijuana, and other odor violations. Guest pays base rate of next day, extra cleaning, and $150 for the ozone machine to remove odors.

Guest must inform host of discrepancies to be fixed within 3 hours of arrival. Late check out-if guest is over 2 hours they pay next day's base rate.

Englewood, Old Florida at it's Best! It is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of the city with all the amenities, Amazing Outdoor Dining and Music! An awesome beach with beach yoga every day! Excellent opportunities to relax and play. Even High Speed internet and 2 work stations!

Watch the sunset daily from the porch or hot tub. The after colors are just amazing! Walk directly into the water to swim, boat, paddle board or kayak. High speed internet in case you need to work.
