It was a wonderful place to stay. Had everything a person would need. One thing though, would have liked beach accessories for the out of state travelers. But all and all it was a fabulous place and we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home

This property is beautifully renovated, spotless and very comfortable. We stayed with our adult daughter and we all loved this home. Great location on Lemon Bay close to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Tiki on the Bay is a small resort by very nice house and very clean. Quite area during spring break which was nice. Hosts Calvin & Mary were very nice. Pool also very nice & clean. We happened to be there during construction time of repairs to other beach houses being done from hurricane damage last year. But Calvin & Mary and other owners at the resort where very courteous to us and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful and stunning sunsets each evening looking across Lemon Bay over to Manasota Key. Great restaurants & shopping in the area. Landscapers were also there and fixed up the beach area and planted new flower beds at each Beach house. Done very nice. Will come back in the future to see all of the progress.

Girls Trip

Owners were great. Location was awesome. Most everyone in the small community was great to us. One neighbor was very crabby. I think she just sat by the window waiting to complain. But her aside…. It was fantastic!

While we are a little puzzled regarding your comment about a neighbor, we are thrilled you had a fantastic visit. Every single person we have met has been open and welcoming. So many families come back year after year which speaks highly of Tiki on the Bay!!!

We’re in love!

On the recommendation of my brother, I looked for a place to stay in Englewood, Florida. This home was like staying in a magazine. It was gorgeous. We loved the bed firmness. In the evening you have the opportunity to watch the sunset on Lemon Bay and during the afternoon you can sit by the pool! The location is close to many beaches and we visited 3 this week. It was a wonderful week thanks to the owners who made a beautiful home to share!

Florida Getaway

The condo and property are meticulously kept! The condo has just been renovated and is in pristine condition. A one minute walk to the water and you have the most incredible sunsets! This is an enclave for mature renters- younger people looking for a party spot would not be welcomed by the owner or the lovely neighbors in the association. There is also a pool onsite which we did not have time to use, but looked very inviting. All said, probably the BEST VRBO experience we have ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend and would most definitely stay again when in the area! The owners are very responsive to any needs.

Stay at Tiki on the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki on the Bay . We discovered a great little close knit neighborhood . You can bike to town for breakfast, lunch or gifts. You really get to know your neighbors who have been vacationing there for many many yrs. Close drive to many different beaches for sun and shark tooth hunting. A Florida Shovel in the garage would be a great thing for the owner to add. Also Second set of sheets for those staying longer than a week. Sunsets were as beautiful as ours in Delaware. Owner was easily contacted for any concerns or issues. And quick response.

Thank you for taking time to write such a fantastic review Cindy. We immediately fell in love with this location since it is so close to everything. We enjoyed getting to know you and hope you make a return visit, as so many people in the community do. We appreciate your suggestions. While we've never been asked for extra bedding before (since free use of our washer and dryer, along with all needed cleaning supplies are provided) we will look into making that adjustment.

This property is very nice and clean. Great a/c and quiet place. The beach was close, same as Publix, McDonald restaurant close as well. The pool water was extremely hot, so it was difficult to use it. We went all the time to the beach but I wish the pool water was cooler so we could continue enjoying the hot weather. Overall the house is great. Only one parking space, and one guest parking for everyone else. I give this a 10/10 rating. I will return for sure.

Peaceful with Stunning Sunsets from the Pier

We had a wonderful time and met many neighbors which gave our visit a real nice vacation. The sunsets were wonderful sitting on the pier and/or deck each evening. Had great weather and the home was immaculate. We felt right at home. Wonderful community of neighbors which added to our vacation.

Beautiful home and great location. Host are very nice people

Had a wonderful stay at this property it is so peaceful and Quiet, the only problem that we ran into was the rules, when you are booking and you see house rules, the rules are very reasonable, but when you get your check in email there will a a whole new list of rules. Just be sure to ask for all rules before booking. Again this was a Beautiful place all around!
