Offering an open-concept first-floor main living space with a spacious living, kitchen, and dining area, you'll entertain and relax together as a family. You'll take delight in whipping up a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, then savor it at the dining table offering banquet style seating for ten. After a day at the beach take advantage of the gas grilling station and unwind on the roomy porch garnished with an additional flat-screen TV; and in the evenings you'll wind-down in the living room featuring a large flat-screen TV. 

Making your way upstairs, you're sure to get the R&R you deserve in the master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing a private ensuite. A huge 12,000 square foot community pool is nearby for your enjoyment. Take a short stroll to the beach, or have the community beach shuttle pick you up - free of charge, or take a short stroll or bike ride along the paved paths to the shops and restaurants at the adjacent communities of the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater.
