Phoenix West 2306

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location and space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely pleased with the property. The check-in and out process was smooth. The condo was very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The view is phenominal. I highly reccommend this place, and we will definitely be visiting again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was beautiful, only issue we had was it appears that the cleaning crew did not properly clean the condo . There was about an inch of dust on the lamp shades and the furnace vent was clogged with dust . The bedroom closet was off its track so we couldn't open and close the door properly. There was dark hair in the master shower that had to be cleaned out prior to even showering. the check in and out process was smooth.

Family vaca

Made us feel at home, grates in lazy river need some work, hit one coming off slide, pretty sure broke a toe. Easy access to everything. Love the key oad access. Thanks for letting us stay. I did leace some boxes in the hall, did not know where to throw them away at.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all okay my room 2603 unite needs to change the shower curtain it was molded in one of the bathroom with the double bed , red stain in the carpet in the front room and also a lot of long stringy hair on the comforter in the master bedroom.
