Check in was a breeze and the host stays in contact and kind and accommodating! The location of the house is literally a 5 min walk to the beach and approximately 2 1/2 blocks away from Lauderdale by the Sea. The house is beautiful and comfortable and newly renovated! We loved our stay and enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful house! Hopefully the newer pics will be posted soon!

This was the best experience ever. Perfect location. Immaculate, large house with plenty of kitchen, barbecue and bath supplies, everything that you can possibly need in a vacation like beach bikes, paddle boarding and pool table. Communication with property managers was easy and efficient. Definitely reasonable price for all the noteworthy accommodations. Wish we could have stayed longer. If it is available for future trips we will definitely take advantage of this gorgeous place!

Family vacation

The house was perfect. Exactly what we were hoping for. It was as advertised. Lots of outside toys for the kids to play with and even some inside toys

Super Bowl week vacation

Yes i would recommend this house, we only had a couple small issues but nothing to make it a game changer. Oven was out of order so the cook in our group could have really used it. But we did fine. On our list when we return to Fla.

Pool Area & Location 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again!! Great things: - helpful rental company hosts - clean, the cleaning staff were so great - location, everything is within walking distance - pool/outdoor area, plenty of chairs, pool is very clean - spacious house - well equipped with floats, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. - Plentiful cleaning/starter supplies Areas of improvement: - Master Bath, we knew this was outdated from the photos and did not care. A bench to put your toiletries on and a new shower curtain and rod would go a long way. All in all, it works but itā€™s pretty bad. - Kitchen, definitely could be more equipped with better pans, etc. -Bedding/pillows, some were more comfortable than others. There is only one throw blanket in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location, the pool and dock area, the fishing and the outdoor shower. We also appreciated the supply of towels, beach supplies and toys, lots of outdoor seating and plenty of dishes. What we think could be improved is the cleanliness (food in refrigerator and open in the cabinet, food splashes on the walls). The kitchen needs more storage containers, serving platters, vegetable peeler and serving spoons. The wine refrigerator doesn't work. The bike tires need repair. The grill is nice but the tanks were almost empty. The master bath tub doesn't work and the master shower door won't close. Two items we felt were dangerous and should be addressed right away were the bunkbeds are too close to the ceiling fan and the dead palms near the pool. One of the palms fell and someone could get hurt. We don't mean to be critical, just constructive feedback. We had a wonderful time together and very much appreciated the use of the house. It just needs a little TLC. Thank you!

Restored our faith in vacation rentals!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It far exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location and the communication between us and the property manager. The property is exactly as described! The pictures are accurate, except there are updates to the two full bathrooms (meaning they are in BETTER shape than what the picture showed); and the master bedroom bathroom is dated and shown appropriately in the pictures. Is the place as modernized as a $2M house? No. Were we comfortably in a $1M house/location? Yes. Plenty good enough for us :) We were a family of four. We did feel that we could have had another family of four easily in the home with us (Darn Covid!). The common spaces, kitchen and pool table were all extremely functional and easy-to-use. One of the nice things about the house is that everything had a place, often labeled, and it was easy to put things back which made it very comforting. This is not one of those ā€˜knick-knack filledā€™ vacation rentals. The pool was immaculate and cleaned once during our stay. My daughter probably spent 20-30 hours in it; and we spent a lot of our time on the deck chairs around the area. So quiet and peaceful. All questions that we had were asked and answered within 15 minutes by text or email; and I must have communicated with the property manager 20 to 30 times before our arrival.The location along the Intracoastal Waterway is gorgeous and we used the opportunity to do some stand-up paddleboarding across a few of the canals to look at the gorgeous houses in gigantic boats, as well as the sunsets. The pathway to the beach along the street was easy to walk through and we used the cart and chairs in the house to walk them over to set us up when we wanted to go to the beach. We also came for the marathon which passed by twice. Easy, walkable, access to the commercial area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for take-out and groceries.

We've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and this home stands out as one of our favorites. The layout of the house was exceptional and worked perfectly for our mother/daughter group of 8. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own privacy while still having comfortable gathering areas to spend time together.The bedrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully arranged, making the home feel both spacious and inviting. The kitchen was a highlightā€”beautifully designed, well-stocked, and large enough for multiple people to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.The location was another major plus. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer. We did not need a car for this trip. For the occasional outing outside of Lauderdale-by -the-Sea we utilized Uber for getting us around. The pool area was fantastic and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. Combined with the home's great layout and prime location, it made for an incredibly enjoyable stay.The home was also very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

My husband and I traveled with our 2 kids (ages 1 & 3) and my sister's family 2 kids (ages 5 & 7) The place is so conveniently located & everything you could possibly need / want to do is walking distance - the beach, restaurants, ice cream, shops!The house is laid out so perfectly for 2 families. Rooms are spacious, everything was clean and there are several games / activities there for all ages to enjoy. Our kids literally LIVED in the pool and us adults enjoyed just relaxing with a great view. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR NEXT TRIP HERE ! I highly recommend it

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property sits on the intercoastal waterway which is so pretty and relaxing. Owners have kayaks which we were allowed to use and enjoyed. The outside area has plenty of loungers and dining spaces so we spent most of our time there. Who wouldnā€™t? We traveled with our adult children so it was great that each bedroom had king size beds. The property is a short walk to the main downtown Lauderdale by the Sea area and the beach. It was convenient that there was a beach cart, beach chairs and especially the cooler for you to use. Side note-the cart does need new wheels. Property was clean and stocked and ready for our arrival. As far as Walker Vacation Rental company - they were the best! I had questions prior to the trip and they responded quickly. Had a few issues during our stay and their response was always immediate. I would rent through them again in a heartbeat. A Wonderful Vacation😀

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, villa by the sea was a good experience. However, because of Covid, we did not eat out. Cooking there was challenging. Cooking tools were minimum or in bad condition. Gas grill worked well but outdoor lights were broken. Kids loved pool but got swimmers ear due to lack of chlorine. Garage filled with nice bikes, but was a cluttered mess of broken chairs and deflated toys. I would recommend it with some reservations. Great location near beach and Lauderdale by the sea.

Holiday family getaway

We love the Lauderdale By the Sea area and the location of this property is just perfect to walk to the restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and great for the 7 of us. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Bikes and beach chairs in the garage were nice to have. We would come back for sure!

Perfect family rental

Great house for our family of 5 with pre-teens/teens. Clean and included everything we needed. Appreciated the bicycles/pool toys in the garage. Nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Our "Virtual" Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

Reviewer Comments: We decided to move south for 1 month with our family - 3 children and take advantage of the virtual ability for their school, while enjoying the great warm winter weather of south Florida. The house, set-up, location and amenities were perfect. Check-in was seemless, wifi was effective, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, friendly all the way around and VERY quiet yet close to many of the exciting spots at Lauderdale by the Seas. We would have extended our stay if we could! A+ all the way around and Walker Vacations was a first class agent that I would certainly book through again.
