Everything was great! Easy and smooth process. The condo was very nice and clean. Essentials were stocked. Maintenance was on top of things in changing ac filters and the batteries on the door locks. The only complaint I have it the toilet paper holder in the half bath being on the side of the vanity and not on the wall which was on the right side of the toilet. It being so close every time you sat down you hit the back of your arm on it. It was impossible to use it because of the awkward position it was in. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Everything we needed courteous staff , , great reasonably priced food at Jo Schmo’s , the chair and umbrella guy on the beach was great . The location is great and plenty of great restaurants close by . Parking was a little tight but the construction crews had one whole section taken up . All said and done a great stay

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed it. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Love this place!

This is the second time I've stayed here and you can't beat the price for what you get. Right on the ocean, clean and updated plus I love the gift shop and small restaurant/bar area. This is my go to place for my Destin vacation.

Wonderful stay

This us our first stay and want to come back next time in Destin. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, felt like home away from home. The building is quiet and peaceful. The beach is walking distance, very close.

Best vacation ever

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this condo. The condo and staff were amazing! It was so convenient to have the little store and restaurant right there too. The La doce vita staff was also amazing and super hard working. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wish we could of stayed the whole time was Wonderful!

Really nice Resort with everything you need. Was having a great time but left out a day early due to Hurricane Ian never know about where a storm may head better safe then sorry!

Amazing view and very comfortable king bed

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed even if we didn't cook anything - fridge was very cold. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and this condo was quiet and peaceful even though some areas of the property had renovations underway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and everything was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, the restaurant in the lobby was delicious, just a all around good place to stay. We will be back and I will recommend to everyone!

Wonderful location

Absolutely loved our stay. We could walk right on to the beach and even saw dolphins from our windows. Everything was clean and stocked. I was impressed with how quiet the room was as well. I couldn’t hear neighbors or doors slamming like we can with other resorts.

Relaxing and Beautiful Vacation

Great views, very spacious unit, Location amazing. Only downfall was floor tile needs updated. Also, hard to find a decent spot on the Beach because they really want you to rent their chairs and umbrella.

Sundestin was great. A wonderful view of the beach. Access to the beach was fast. The property was clean and perfect for us. Front desk guys were friendly and willing to please. We will be back...

Great view!

We are couch potatoes who like a good meal and a view. That\'s exactly what this place offered. In the middle of lots of great food, excellent potato spots (couch, bed, recliner, balcony...), and a view to die for!!! Will definitely book again!

Amazing view of the Gulf and very comfortable king bed

This condo has an amazing view of the Gulf. It also boasts a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well appointed, and the fridge is very cold. Some slight wear of living room furniture and bathroom trim, but nothing major. Highly recommended for an anniversary get-away!
