Great for large group

Had no problems with the property, came in the winter for snow sports in Heavenly. Everything is as described and was a great place to stay. Great location with proximity to Heavenly.

big house and plenty of space, the only thing that was missing is AC, it was super hot in there during July stay.

We rented the house for a bachelorette celebration. The location was excellent, the house was clean and big enough for all of us. We loved it!

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything at the property was as described in the listing and fully stocked. Very convenient location close to state line and beaches. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Extra beach towels provided was also a big plus. Only wish we had more time to stay.

The property was trashed inside out. Can't believe rental agencies allow such filthy and un maintained broker properties on the rental market. People pay top prices for their vacation rentals. This was the worst place i have ever stayed at. Not a single member in my family said anything positive about it. And I got blamed for renting this for my birthday get away.From the exterior of the house, Garage, to the bedrooms was filthy. Way too many rodents in the house. House was covered with dirt, rodent piss, and infested with bugs, mosquitos and insects. Patio deck was broken and covered with a mat, your leg could go through it. and the wall could fall apart anytime.From the filthy condition of the hot tub, we decided to not even bother with it. Basement room and activity room was next level of nastiness.

We are unsure why this guest wrote these things of which nearly all are innacurate. There is no pest or rodent infestation. If there was, we would exterminate. Guest did not report a single thing wrong.

Overall we had a good experience staying at this property...the bedrooms were nice, the property was clean when we arrived, and there was a great amount of space inside of the home.What would have made it great would have been more attention to details like there were missing cue balls for the pool table, there weren't any trash cans in the bedrooms, it would have been nice to know that there was no air conditioning, and there wasn't a broom that we could use in order to sweep the floor (we used the vacuum cleaner).

Needs some tlc

Nice big house with a lot of potential. Kitchen was out of most silverware ( no forks at all). House was alittle dirty especially the floor. Was swept but did not seem mopped. Feet and socks were very dirty from walking on it.

Fall Family fun

Since 2014 our family has enjoyed family time in the Lake Tahoe/Apple Hill area. Some years - we can all make it (44 of us - so hard to find a place we can all enjoy together); some years - not everyone can be there for the entire weekend (this year we only had 15 able to spend the weekend - the rest met us in Apple Hill on Monday). We found the property met our needs. It was very clean. Most of us enjoyed the spa. We went on two hikes - the trails were nearby, spent time in the Heavenly area, and late nights laughing and playing games. The set up of the house let movies watchers a quiet place and noisy games players an area which did not bother the others. Stores and restaurants were a short drive away. Beds were on the whole comfy, but I heard that a couple of them had a little squeak. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Doesn’t need a title

House was good. Kitchen appliances do not work well especially the stove! Also, there are No comfortable chairs on the deck—only hard ones.. I think this is the only house I’ve ever rented that didn’t supply a weeks worth of paper goods and toilet paper. Overall good rental but lots of little annoyances that shouldn’t have been
