We never stayed. We are awaiting a refund. We walked in saw how filthy it was. Took photos. Called to be changed to a different unit. No one could help because none were available and only after hours care was open. So we left and paid for a a hotel. We never even stayed and still have no refund. Horrible.

The river trail that follows the Deschutes and leads you downtown is surely breathtaking... You will have to find your way back to it in the fall as it would surely leave you speechless!

Great spot. Overlooking river and nice park and walking trail. Older buildings but maintained nicely. Would definitely go back. Was really nice to have a nice unit to bring our dog along.

The property location was great the check-in process was easy The View was amazing and the decor was nice. The beds were not very comfortable and some of the Necessities such as silverware were lacking

I’m sorry to hear the beds didn’t feel comfortable to you; they’re actually top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic mattresses that are only about two years old, but we understand that mattress comfort can feel different for everyone. As for the silverware, we’ve already placed an order for more and will be doing a full kitchen inventory once we head into our slower season to make sure everything is fully stocked. Beautiful Condo!

We loved our stay here. Getting into the condo was very easy and everything was very clean with lots of amenities available! The view was great and we loved walking the river to get ice cream!

Comfortable Condo in Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is in a perfect location -- it has great views of the river and is very close to downtown. It was a comfortable unit and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bend!

The river gives you the out of town feeling but you can literally walk to downtown in 10 minutes, it's perfect. Perfect spot for a bend weekend

My friend and I stayed here and were pleasantly surprised by how the place was divvied up, we both had our own bed and our own bathroom. It was very nice.

Great Spot!

Beautiful condo right by the river, parks, and downtown. Condo was clean, well equipped, and nicely renovated and decorated. Kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we’ll be back!

Comfortable condo in a great location!

We had a great stay in this comfortable condo. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view of the river, the fireplace and the hot tub made the stay particularly memorable.

Great location!

My dog and I stayed for two nights and it was great. The condo is right next to the river and a trail that goes along the river. Pioneer park is also about a block away and was great for quick potty walks for my dog. Close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants.
