Villa was perfect size for family of 4. Great deck with excellent view of green. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Best VRBO stay

This place has been the best VRBO stay for us yet. Very clean , great location , nice comfortable furniture and finishes. Beautiful view, lots of natural light. We would come back !

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, nicely updated, perfect for family. Well equipped kitchen along with plenty of beach gear. Beds were comfortable, would definitely go again!

Happy Days in Kiawah

The rental was Perfect for my husband and myself. It was newly remodeled, clean, and very attractive. Great view of the golf course. . Would stay again.

Awesome Condo on Cougar Point 16th Green

Excellent stay … Only a couple minor things … light bulb out is out in kitchen and instructions on how to operate the cooktop would be helpful.

Property was perfect. Clean, lovely decorations. More than enough towels and other amenities. Would stay here again. Note. If you don’t like stairs you might want to look for another spot. But this was fine for us 62 & 64.

Clean, well appointed, great property management.

We loved this stay! Not only is Kiawah a fabulous destination for a relaxing vacation, the golf course view from this condo is beautiful! We found this unit to be the most well appointed and cleanest unit we have ever rented on VRBO. We also were thrilled with the responsiveness of the property management group when we had questions. My only issue was that I don’t fully understand induction cooktops and would have benefitted from a how to use guide. I definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. Having a golf view with biking paths wrapped around the golf course made it extra special. We didn’t realize how the ease of sitting on our balcony, watching our kids ride bikes right in front of us would be so ideal. Biking to the beach was a simple 1 to 2 minute bike ride. The house was updated, clean and felt nice being there. Our first stay at Kiawah was at the Sanctuary, but we all agreed that this stay was the best. We are so excited to go back. 😀

Cute Stylish condo

Great condo and cute decorum. It had a well stocked kitchen and Kitchen felt newly renovated. Also good location with close bike ride to the beach. Condo was quiet and enjoyed second story location. Only small issue was cleanliness upon checkin. With the covid policies and late check In and early check out I expected the condo to be spotless. But the floor was still sandy and the touch points in then kitchen were dirty (fridge handle, oven handle, dishwasher handle etc). I also felt that a bigger supply of dishwasher soap and paper towels etc would aid us in keeping the condo cleaner during our stay. Netflix access would be helpful for living room tv. Otherwise it was a great place and great location.

Palmetto Bugs

Left one day early . We had I think palmetto bugs crawling on my son in the middle of The night which woke him up . Large black bugs . I called the facility to let them know we would be Leaving that day . I would suggest and see if the place was sprayed prior to arrival. I was told quarterly and i asked if they could spray before another family came there . Just a bad experience for us . So we left .

Hi Renee! I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and of course not something we want to hear from our guests. Palmetto Bugs are notoriously a nuisance here in South Carolina, hence the name. This is an island and region-wide nuisance and most homes on the island follow the same preventative treatment plan recommended by our local pest control companies. Rarely but occasionally, there still may be an experience with one. This is the case even with new construction projects, and can happen in even the most clean, most well-sealed and well taken care of homes. We're always happy to schedule a supplemental spraying (which we have). We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to discuss your experience in further detail!
