Beach view could not have been any more perfect. And it was not a long walk to get to the beach. Some people blocked our view directly in front of us with umbrellas. Don’t know if that can be helped, but it was not every day. There were lots of spaces at the pool area. The security was excellent. The room could have been a little cleaner - but it was not a big deal. The location was convenient to restaurants and other stores nearby. Host was great and communicated fully with me prior to stay and when we arrived. There were no problems with anything working in the room. We will definitely check with them next time we visit !!!

Our room was clean and tidy when we arrived. No major problems. Door would not lock normally but we figured it out with no problems. What little contact with the owner I had was pleasant. Wish we could have stayed another week.

This property was better than we ever could have anticipated! Great location on the beach and lots to do around in walking distance. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very safe on the property.

Vacation

This was the best stay that I’ve had. Property was exactly as it showed online. Easy reservation process, checkin and checkout. I’d definitely book this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Time at the sunny beach

Stayed for the month of February great time.The room was great the only complete we had was the sliding door.It seem to block out a lot of sunshine.we will be back again.God Bless.

The room was great the host was even better. Only issue i had was the security people the 1st few days was good then they become to much making you show your wristbands for everyone in vehicle when coming thru the main gate even with your parking pass hanging. Some didn't even look your way but a few let there ego get the best of them. They need to all go by the same rules not just a few. Been coming here for years and gets worse every single time . Talk to a few people that said they have had enough and not be back. Don't bugg the piss out of people trying to relax on vacation about if you have a wristband with you before you go to beach every single time. I love the security don't get me wrong but it can be overbearing at times . Don't let a little badge go to your head you are security the FBI

Had a great stay in 211. Condo was clean. 2nd floor was awesome. Used stairs everyday and didnt have to deal with long elevater waits. We would book this room again

Great oceanfront location

Nice 2nd floor unit close to stairs so you don’t need elevators. Comfortable king sized bed with new queen sofa bed. Nice pools. Great beach. Unit included beach chairs but chair guys try to mislead you that it doesn’t. Don’t let them. Only negative was very loud pool speaker directly under balcony of unit that blasted music daily 9 am-10 pm.

Hi, Thanks for staying with us and I am glad you enjoyed our condo and your stay. We try very hard to keep our condo in the best shape and ready for all our guests. At the beginning of the season, the specific beach worker was not aware of the seasonal beach chairs. A problem we very quickly remedied. Not an issue at all. Thanks so much!

Room was creepy.

The staff of the Summit were amazing and the facilities were very well kept. The walls in the room made of mirror throughout the entire place was a little creepy. We really only were in there to sleep…. Well tried to anyway. I don’t really blame the palmetto bug that crawled across my face the second night of our stay on y’all. It is Florida after all.

Great view.

The Summit offered wonderful views of the gulf. We loved sitting on our balcony morning and afternoon. But i do hope the streaming services improve. The shows continued to buffer which frustrated us a lot. We were told they are in the process of fixing it.

Summit 2024

Overall our stay was good, the condo was clean but I think the shower needs a little more cleaning and, if the carpet can be removed it will be great because it is hard to keep it clean, Bikini bob’s food was great and the servers were very nice. the pool closed at 8 because of some maintenance I wish it closed later. The condo was good, there was lots of to towels, the second floor is very convenient. elevators are always busy though. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend this listing.

Exactly as posted

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything worked, check-in was seamless and quick. We have stayed at The Summit over 10yrs ago and it was exactly the same. This condo is directly in front of the pool but we could not hear any noise. Beds were fine, tv worked fine. We didn't cook but it did have pots and pans. The unit had free beach chair and umbrellas but we only used it once. Pool was clean. Would stay again.
