Welcome to Yucca lane, an Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental Property.

This is a beautiful property that offers elegance in indoor/outdoor living. It's impressive and yet easy to relax and be comfortable. Entertaining on a grand scale with family togetherness was a primary focus in designing the floor plan. A Feng Shui Master, one who studies energy flows, helped in the design of the entire property. From the numerology in the street address to the directional flow of water from the water features, staying here will be beneficial for you! If for just one reason to stay here, it is the fabulous pool! My favorite pastime is lounging on a chaise on the tanning shelf with a glass of wine, listening to everybody laugh and scream while sliding down the slide, smelling those burgers on the grill & watching the sun set behind the mountains, turning the sky pink, orange, & red! The friendly"country -feel" neighborhood is zoned for horses & you will see a few down the street!

Located behind 2 sets of gorgeous hand-crafted iron gates on prestigious Yucca Ln sets this impressive, private, elegant Tuscan villa on 2.3 useable acres. Designed for indoor-outdoor living wrapped around panoramic Southern & Western views-all open to a backyard paradise- even featured in a magazine centerfold! This is truly a resort property with over 200 mature palm trees, citrus trees-from the grand entrance of gated, double wide circular drive, under the porte-cochere. Walkway into the 20' tower entry thru antique hand carved 12' double doors & overlooking the expansive, beautiful yard & mountain views. Marble floors, 16'cathedral ceilings, formal rooms-living, dining, billiard, gym, office(could be 5th bdm) PLUS a 52' Great room. Incredible chef's dream kitchen; 9'x6'island, 4'walkways, huge Wolfe ovens & 6 burner gas cooktop. Grand Main Suite-2 huge walk-in closets, fireplace, spa bath, raised spa tub for 2, 8 shower head shower, microwave for popcorn & a champagne fridge!Lush, tropical backyard-$250,000++ pool/spa! 50'x30' salt water, pebble finished pool has swim up bar, 14'waterslide, 3 waterfalls, gazebo, outdoor kitchen/bbq/sink 9' counter & island. Half acre grass behind pool-a soccer field now. Almost full acre open unlandscaped land behind the soccer field! Do/build/plant your dream garage, barn, veg. gardens, farm, guest house! 4+ car garage plus car court. 9 mi to Coachella Fairground.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $200/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $250/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.

Guests responsible to close pool umbrellas at night. $200 each if broken.
Chewed gum stuck anywhere on property-$100 removal charge per gum.
NO SMOKING! No Smoking inside the property or within 30 feet of the property.

​​​​​​​*Please note if your stay is 28 nights or more, you will receive a $500 utility credit for gas and electricity, and you will be responsible for gas and electricity bills over $500. Payment is due within 2 weeks of departure.

We work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation. During the summer starting late June going until early October the average pool temperature can be 90 degrees+ and can even reach up to 100+. Most homes do not have pool chillers. It may not be comfortable to swim, particularly during the day during these months, this is not grounds for cancellation.

The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund.

Short Term Rental Permit Number: RVC-1578

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

1) No loud music.

2) No music before 10am

3) No loud music after 930 pm.

Some of our neighbors are permanent residence, and it's important to be respectful towards them. We want you to have an amazing stay, and we also want to ensure that we maintain a good relationship with out neighbors.

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Great pool / back yard but lots of little issues
Looks beautiful in photos. But lots of little issues that shouldn’t be issues for a “luxury” rental such as two inoperable dishwashers, no hot water for 3 days, broken pool cues and ping pong paddles, big stains on carpets, broken ice maker, master ensuite faucets rattle around loosely. Could be an epic property if it was cared for.

Great house for big group!
We made last minute Spring Break plans and certainly didn’t regret it! 3 families with a wide age range of kids. The pool and spa are amazing, and definitely where we spent most of our time. Definitely recommend!
