Fantastic vacation home! Staff is wonderful and they take great care of you and the home. Highly recommend booking tours with Captain Jak's - we enjoyed their excursions.

It was wonderful! The house was perfect for creating family memories. The staff, attention to detail, and the ease of booking all the tours and logistics was top notch! Going to the Placencia hotel for the gym and pool worked well. We definitely would recommend!

The pool was great, clean and warm. House was great, although we should have gotten one more bedroom. Cleaning staff and chef were fantastic. Everyone in Belize was so friendly and helpful

Fantastic property, attentive housekeeping/staff, owner helped us set up some amazing trips to Monkey River and the barrier reef, couldn’t ask for a better place - we had high expectations and they were exceeded. (PPPS the food was so good I forgot half the time to take pictures, sorry mom).

This property is everything as advertised and more!Mabel and her staff are very attentive and quick to respond to any questions, concerns or issues. Very friendly and welcoming. Manuel was our Chef and having not to go to a restaurant, (and not wanting to because he kills it at breakfast, lunch and dinner!) really made this stay over the top relaxating!We can’t wait to go back. with the kids really made this

Great get away!

This was a fantastic week for 8 adults and was way more than we expected. The property was excellent, well maintained, and provided everything we needed. Bob was awesome to work with,, the staff and the chef (Orlando) were fantastic, helpful, and very friendly.

The five bedroom home was welcoming and extremely well appointed! The staff were outstanding and so helpful and friendly. We were served tempting tasty meals by Manuel and felt truly spoiled. The house is perfect for a couples retreat or a mult- generation family. Many areas to gather, eat and relax! Indoor and outdoor games and equipment were ready available! This was a long anticipated family trip and couldn’t have been better! A 10/10 vacation. We really enjoyed Rudy‘s Adventure Tours! They were exceptional! Thanks Bob for the excellent communication throughout the process! Will definitely recommend your place!

Amazing Vacation

The home was absolutely beautiful and its amenities allowed our entire family (age range 75 to 7) to be included and enjoy the vacation. The dock was the perfect spot to watch the manatees play in the water, the kids loved the beach and pool and we played games on the veranda every evening while chef Domingo cooked amazing meals. Overall a wonderful place to unwind and relax!

Relaxing Vacation

From booking to check out it was fantastic. The staff pampered us throughout the day. There was 9 of staying ranging from 10 to 50. The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable. All the kids could not get enough of paddle boarding or sea/land animals we saw everywhere. Booking excursions and massages was great with help of MaBel. Highly recommend staying at Tipsy Gecko!

Great stay at Tipsy Gecko—— Bob is a great top notch facilitator! Mabel, Sonja, Salvador, Jorge all just amazing folks—— We loved the dock and pool, the chef, the comfortable beds….. So many well thought through amenities.

Great Family House

This house surpassed our expectations. We appreciated each person who cooked, cleaned and kept our area spotless, especially Sonia and Domingo. We took advantage of the SUPs and kayaks as well as our pool and the pier. Very comfortable and a lovely place to stay in the Placencia area.

Great visit, house, and staff

Tipsy Gecko was a positive rental experience. The house was exactly as advertised, the staff (including chefs) were proactive, positive, and amazing, and the pre-trip communication was incredibly professional and helpful. I fully recommend this place and the Gecko properties (they have others that are different sizes for different groups of people).

Amazing vacation

Villa Tipsy Gecko was fantastic! We had our four children, their spouses and our four grand children. We had plenty of room to gather. The outdoor spaces were dreamy! We spent most of our time in Belize on property. The chef services were well worth it, high quality delicious food. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Amazing! Wonderful area and home.

Our group of eight included sister, brother and their spouses as well as son and daughter in-law and a great couple of friends who are just like family. The home was just as described; comfy, roomy, great chef, housekeeping and grounds staff that would do anything needed to make our stay wonderful. Bob was great to work with; informative, accommodating, and very helpful! The Placencia area is beautiful with plenty to do at the home and around the village. The supplied golf cart was the perfect addition and was used regularly to explore. We'll be back someday! Thanks to all.
