Una casa così impressionante come le sue vedute sull'oceano! Questo rifugio sulla spiaggia costruito su misura è stato progettato per la tua prossima vacanza da sogno in famiglia a Hilton Head Island in mente. Splendidamente decorato in un tema da spiaggia costiero-chic, la planimetria è molto aperta e scorrevole. Più re maestri ai primi due piani e un'incredibile "zona bambini" al terzo piano. Goditi le tue canzoni dell'isola preferite con il sistema stereo Sonos interno-esterno, o semplicemente ascolta il ritmo delle onde vicine che rotolano mentre il mondo reale si allontana come la marea.

fantastic house - very large and well appointed. Plenty of comfortable seats for 10 people at both the dining table and in the living room. Lots of space for both gathering and privacy as needed. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT HOME

We had a great 10 day stay at 31B Dune Lane. Beautiful home-unbelievable art work thru out. There during Helene and had some water come in and The Vacation Company had someone out to the property very quickly. Pool area was wonderful. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our two children (4 and 5) were able to enjoy the pool and the beach multiple times a day and conveniently go back the the house for items (lunch, snacks, water, toys, etc) which was an added bonus. The house itself was clean and the layout was perfect to allow us to stay in separate rooms while being on the same floor as both kids. The location is perfect for a quick walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza which has tons of food options and shoppes to enjoy. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this home and our Hilton Head trip.

Girls getaway

We absolutely loved our long weekend in Hilton Head. This property was the perfect fit for hosting our girls weekend. We appreciated the fast response from the management team when we had questions regarding heating the pool and renting beach chairs. We had the best time. All of our mothers were jealous and now they each want to book family vacations here! We will most definitely be back!!

Very nice house. Very well equipped and furnished and in great location. The only thing we felt was missing was a larger outdoor dining table for family dinners, but that was not a big deal. Also the pools filter system should be looked at for servicing or replacement. We did have service people come once or twice to check it but it does not do a great job filtering the pool water. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful house, great location, could use some minor updates

This is a great house with a fabulous location- beach is quiet and uncrowded, but still can walk into the beach park area easily. We stayed in August and house had definitely experienced some wear- outside of property needed some upkeep/cleaning and we had some minor issues like hot tub buttons not working. Property management company was responsive, but it took a few days to find a good workaround to the issue. Overall, no major complaints and would stay here again!

Awesome property Vacation Company service was outstanding!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach with private pool. We had 6 adults 3 kids, 5, 3 and 1, everyone had a very great time, upstairs den was a quiet spot to escape and upper balcony gave you extra view of ocean/beach. There is a pool 1/2 bath not clearly mentioned in information, very useful. The attention paid to service from The Vacation Company was outstanding, THANKS

Awesome property!

My family (a total of six adults and two children) stayed at the home during the week of July10-17, 2021. We loved everything about the home. It is a beautifully decorated home on an amazing lot on the beach. We were on the Island with other family members in two other homes and this one was the best! The house was very comfortable with terrific views of the ocean. We enjoyed all the amenities-the pool, hot tub and bikes and the location not far from Coligny Plaza was perfect. We'd choose the same home to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this house for a month. Everyone we talked with for the rental was amazing and if anything came up they were quick to fix it or help us out. Great location and awesome house for families.

Very well situated house. Truly steps to a great beach. Nice quiet road but walkable to shops. The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Perfect for large family gatherings. Loved the porches. Great open kitchen space. Perfect home to relax at.

Beautiful and comfortable!

This is a beautiful property, well maintained and very comfortable in every way! The Vacation Company was very responsive when we had no WIFI to get it resolved for us. We spent Thanksgiving here with 10 people and it was just perfect to cook in and enjoy the week. The beach was a bit to cold, however the pool being heated was great!

Holidays with Friends

The house was amazing. Very well laid out for four or more families to have a weeks vacation together. It has everything that you could wish for and it is in pristine condition. The Vacation company was also very efficient meeting you on your arrival and explaining how everything works. They were also very responsive to our needs whilst we were on holiday. All in all 10 out of 10.

I don't even know where to begin. What an amazing vacation. From the beauty and charm of the home to the exceptional attention from the property manager, we couldn't ask for more. I can't say enough about the professional and personal attention we receive from the Vacation Company staff. Simply outstanding. This was the second time we stayed in this perfect home with friends and family and it never disappoints! Gorgeously appointed and very welcoming this home surrounds you with warmth and instantly draws the word, "wow" out of you. From top to bottom it is nothing less than spectacular. The pool and surrounding patio is simply amazing and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Hilton Head. Sitting on the upper patio taking in the view and sound of the ocean that is directly in your backyard truly makes it almost impossible to leave. Simply stated, this home leaves you speechless. It doesn't get any better. We'll be back next year, again!
