The home is amazing!!! The beds were very comfortable, which is always very important to me. In South Carolina there’s always a change for bugs and lizards but didn’t see any while there. YAY!!It’s close to everything on the main street and a short ride into Charleston plus a very short walk to Bert’s, the best 24 hour store ever. The beach is also a short walk and makes for beautiful pictures and videos.The house itself is a work of art in every way! Communication with the owners was immediate and courteous via the app.I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful house and lawn that is convenient to so much: the beach, stores, restaurants, parks etc. It had everything one needs to enjoy a respite on Folly Beach. I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans, but that was my only issue.

Very cool house, very clean, comfortable beds! The only issue we had was a couple of leaks in the ceilings it rained quite hard with some heavy wind no fault of anyone.

Beautiful house and excellent location

We stayed at the property for a family trip and had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful and very functionally designed for multiple families, in an excellent location, walkable to the beach and restaurants.

Gorgeous gathering location

Stunning details with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property. The showers at every turn are amazing!!! High end but very comfortable for families traveling together

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Lots of space to gather together or to escape for some quiet time alone. Will definitely be back to stay again!

Perfect Spot

We stayed with a group. Plenty of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen, great appliances. BEAUTIFUL yard, close to the beach the shops. Easy parking, Excellent communication and amazing amazing hosts. Will stay again and again.

The pictures don’t do the property justice! The house was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with everything thing you could ask for. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed during a nor’easter, so we definitely stress-tested the property. Unfortunately, the front windows and door area leaked during the storm, causing water on the floor and a small patch of ceiling paint to fall. The management office responded quickly, but the “fix” was just a bucket and a few towels. Thermostats are confusing. Maybe a manual would help guests. There were also small ants in the bedrooms — easy to overlook for a beach house, but they can get into luggage. Since there aren’t dresser drawers, storage becomes a bit tricky. We also noticed dog hair on the bean bag chairs in the living room.On the positive side, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’d need to cook, and the radiant floors in the bathrooms were a really nice touch. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and local restaurants.For the price point, it’s worth being aware of these issues, but with a little attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a fantastic rental.

A new, modern home a few blocks away from the beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay.
