A fantastic spot for a family vacation the house was perfect for our family of 10! Grandparents, adult children and 4 young grand children all had a memorable week! Hosts are friendly and responsive (although we had no hiccups requiring their assistance other than me misplacing the code). We plan on returning next year!!

Sara’s house was perfect for our extended family of different ages in all ways. The pond on the property and kayaks available provided excellent entertainment for the young and older, and our traditional family baseball game on the lawn served beautifully as our “field of dreams.” Dining tables inside and out were ample, and the kitchen was well appointed for us. The air conditioning and other amenities helped to make our visit wonderful. We will hope to return!

The property was very much as described online. Spacious rooms for socializing downstairs and the kitchen was amazing and really set up for people who love to cook. We spent many wonderful hours altogether as a family celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday. This property is a great place for hanging out together both inside and outside.

This is a perfect house for family gatherings! We found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed to cook multiple large meals which is hugely helpful when traveling. We hugely appreciated having firewood available too! Would love to book the house again in the future.

Great visit

This is a nice house on a beautiful piece of land. It had more than enough room for the five of us, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pictures of the outdoors really don’t do justice to what a lovely spot it is. We also really enjoyed exploring the area.

A once in a lifetime stay

My cousins and I were doing a family reunion in Little Compton and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hosts were quick to reply, kind and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an all around perfect vacation. We are excited to book here again.

Lovely property and home

We had a multi-generational family staying for a week, and we couldn’t have been happier with the house. It had plenty of room to stretch out, and also to gather together. The grounds are amazing, and we really enjoyed the kayak/boat access on the pond.

If you are looking to connect with nature this is the perfect place. Beautiful scenery. We had everything that we needed and the owners where very welcoming. They made sure that we would enjoy our stay.

We loved it!

Gorgeous property daily views of wildlife. S’mores every night at firepit. Whole family 6 adults 3adult kids and 5 grandkids hope to have our annual family reunion here.

Nice place for group getaway

This property is as advertised - lots of space for a group getaway. The property is secluded on lots of land. The owners are very engaged and respond to questions promptly. There is a nice grocery store nearby that has everything you could want. I definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful property, manicured, expansive and well groomed with a pond in the back…what could be better?! Comfortable outdoor furniture for dining, great outdoor shower and lots of space inside for sleeping, socializing and eating together. Baby cousins played together and the beaches nearby were perfect. Comfy furniture too! Work space was great for those working virtually also. Loved it!

Great property

Wonderful house with all we needed for large family group. Kids loved playing in the massive yard and trying to catch fireflies. Adults enjoyed relaxing and kayaking on the pond and watching the swans swim by. Close to plenty of activities but feels like your in your own world.

Family enjoyed this house and yard!

Grandparents, 3 sons and families, 4 grandchildren ages 12 to 17stayed and house fit all of us very comfortably! Played games in house and in the backyard! Biked and rowed to the beach! Some of us drove! House had everything we needed! Hosts were very helpful!
