We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as the owner worked to address this. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was waiting on a part, and extra housekeeping was offered to assist. We also appreciate your helpful notes on the listing photos, towels, and lighting—these have been shared with the owner for future improvements. To clarify, we’ve updated the listing to reflect that laundry facilities are not available to guests by removing the mention of a dryer. Regarding construction noise, the Pedregal neighborhood currently has over 55 active projects, and while Villa Mar Azul is not directly adjacent to any, occasional noise from the wider area can occur. For longer stays, additional maid service is available upon request to ensure toiletries and amenities are replenished. Our concierge team is also available 24/7 to address any concerns or issues promptly during your stay. We value your input as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
