Location is key in the heart of Old Town Port A where everything is within a 1/2 mile walk including the beach, restaurants & bars. Cool off in the relaxing pool & hot tub and enjoy drinks at the tiki hut. This unit boasts a fun & relaxing time offering you the chance to be a beach bum! With a King bed, fully equipped kitchen, fold-out couch, wifi, & cable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here. Only a few minutes from the beach (we drove but you could walk if you are up for that) and within walking distance to quite a few restaurants/bars. The view, especially at sunrise is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

I’d stay at Motel 6 before here again

The view was great and the access to pool east. Along with the owner being an absolute horrible human being and the attitude of a mistreated dog, I’d avoid this unit at all cost. Room smelled like smoke or musty smell. Toilet seat was broken. Roaches in kitchen. Shower and bath had no water pressure. Bed was crap. Code to get into unit was literally 9 digits. Instructions for door locking and unlocking were vague. Security to unit was unsafe. Additionally, the owner sent check in instructions during my trip to unit while I incurred limited cell service and failed to receive timely instructions to get in. I didn’t get email check info till after entry into room. Upon Vrbo contact she stated she wouldn’t be available from check in till after I checked out, so we had no emergency contact or any contact in case of issues which is unacceptable if you run any type of business. There was miscommunication that occurred and I can take some blame on that. Upon finally reaching her by phone she proceeded to yell at the wife and use character unbecoming of a quality human being. She also used profanity, called us old people and her less half called us dumba..es while failing to hang up the phone. I’ve personally never been treated this way but a individual providing a service and was truly taken back for a moment, even after 20yrs of military service. One thing is I’m not dumb and I’m not old……but we are intelligent enough to never stay here again. Don’t do it.

Rented for the weekend. Location was good, but it appeared closer to the beach.

Do not recommend

This host canceled our rental 3 hours before our check in. We had booked this months out. We were canceled on via email without even the courtesy of a phone call or explanation. We were in route to our destination with our baby. We were left to scramble and find a new rental on our way.

One of our deciding factors in buying this condo is you can walk everywhere! But of course, the speed of a golf cart helps as well. Our location gives you access to the heart of Port Aransas and the beautiful beach. No need for a car while you are here! But our awesome management company has golf carts for rent starting at $75 per day! They will even have the golf cart waiting for you at the unit upon check-in.
