Chapman Point House - bellezza, storia e modernità tutto in uno.

Arroccato sulle scogliere di Mendocino Bay e si affaccia direttamente Mendocino Village, Chapman Point House offre una vista che è stata ambita da artisti e vista-veggenti per decenni dritto al comfort del vostro salotto.

Costruito nel 1963 da un professore di architettura, ogni camera ha un oceano mozzafiato e vista Mendocino. La casa è incorniciata con impressionante travi gigante sequoia di 150 anni di taglio vecchio mano (cavalletto rigenerata) e il pavimento è di 3 "acero spessa da una pista da bowling di San Francisco. Arredamento moderno combinato con un bel aiuto lastra Redwood tavolo da pranzo e bar rendono la casa calda e invitante. La combinazione di elementi rustici e moderni fanno di questo un luogo davvero unico e speciale.

La zona giorno principale dispone di una vista panoramica sull'oceano attraverso il quale sarete incantati dalle onde dell'oceano durante il giorno e le luci di Mendocino durante la notte. Soggiorno in e cuocere in cucina completamente attrezzata o assaggiare alcuni dei numerosi ristoranti a Mendocino.

Chapman Point è anche direttamente adiacente alla primavera Ranch Park, lasciando ai suoi ospiti di esplorare miglia di belle promontori e prati tentacolare tutto il modo di Van Damme Beach. Whale-watch, bird-watch, escursione, go-tide-pooling o pic-nic per ore ed è a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. Per vedere tutte le foto e i dettagli visita il nostro sito. A wonderful experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing lacking is the owner's resistance to maintenance and updating the architecturally beautiful residence. Shower faucets need replacing, pellet stove is barely functional, stove-top is ancient and not working correctly, overhead garage door doesn't work. These few things would be so simple to fix, yet have not been addressed for the many years we have rented this beautiful home. The management company is fantastic.

Incredible view.

Your pictures do not do justice to the wonderful view of the Pacific not only from the deck but also from the large windows in the house. It was a wonderful introduction to the coast. The village and restaurants were lovely.

Great stay on the coast

Wonderful house full of architectural character and big windows framing spectacular views of the coast and Mendocino. The technology worked great (TV, internet, cell service) as did the hot tub. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to town. Highly recommend.

We have stayed before, and last time and this time, enjoyed watching some fantastic storms roll past our floor to ceiling windows. All the while cozy next to the pellet stove.So close to Mendocino that we could either pick up groceries to cook or enjoy a local restaurant.Highly recommend this gem of a vacation home.

Chapman point house

This home was love at first sight for us, a rustic beauty with huge Timbers In the livingroom , a nice kitchen with all you would need to cook whatever you wish,a big deck off the back with a sunken hot tub, and a million dollar view of mendo village in the distance, quiet and peaceful, staying here is a incredible experience, I highly suggest it.

The house was pretty. We like the 2 wings, separate rooms. The kitchen and the living room in the middle. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was very nice. This kitchen was very modern. That's a barbecue, could be updated, but it worked just fine. The beams and the floors we're very beautiful..
