It is conveniently located by Regis University. There is also High speed WIFI and TVs for entertainment included. The kitchen is fully equipped with different cooking appliances to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your stay and you will love it.

Nice stay

The property was huge, all the rooms had king beds and the kitchen was super nice they had a huge back yard and considering it being right next to federal it was actually very cozy and quiet. I feel like there was some missed potential in some of the spaces, a little more decorations to make it homy and the backyard could use some tlc. Overall though I'd stay here again and reccomend this place.

Issues with property

The yard was overgrown so not to appealing, unpleasant order from main bathroom, internet and TV not working - let messages for owner and they were not returned in a timely manner and inspire of trying the internet password that was provided and restarting the Xfinity box noting worked. Paint peeling from skylight over the shower, the heather/AC vent was dirty, many other little other cosmetic issues that need to be addressed by the owner. The kitchen was nicely updated and the bathrooms were updated as well but still needed to be completed. Property has great potential for a nice family friend getaway but not in the condition it is currently in now. I did express my concerns with the owner. Maria T Sanchez

Great Spot- Access to Red Rocks & Downtown

We stayed here to have a place in between Red Rocks and Downtown for some concerts. It was a great location, and a great set up for the 6 of us. The neighborhood is great too with plenty of food options. Jeff is very responsive. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. Would stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! EVER!! Black mold in bathroom🤢

Upon entering the home, it reeked of cigarettes.. one quick walk through and found a HUGE area of black colored mold in the bathroom. Took a picture and got out of there as fast as I could. NOT a safe environment to stay in EVER. I had two toddlers with me, there is no way I would stay there I’d rather sleep in my car! The owner offered me $25 to not leave a review?! Complete joke considering the cleaning fee was more than the room itself, and I did NOT stay there.. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME! If that isn’t scary enough, the neighborhood definitely is.. 100% chance of your car getting broken into! Hope I can post the pic I took, I sent it to VRBO along with my credit card company (disputing this charge). DO NOT STAY HERE, there are plenty of other places that aren’t a health hazard to stay in!
