This condo is actually better than advertised. Unbeliveable roof deck. Great kitchen, great pool, right on top of the beach. Whole place is so well stocked. Raquel our manager was so responsive and everyone was so kind. Guards gots to know us, brought us mangos, neighbors chatted us up and introduced us around. you'd be lucky to stay here.

Fantastic Condo.... Love El Cubil 15

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful Experience!!!! House is beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you might possibly need. Grill, blender, beach towels, beach chairs etc. Views from the upper deck are great, perfect spot for watching the sunset. Playa Hermosa beach restaurants are great and so close, easy walking. Loved Bosque del Mar, must do for Happy Hour. CoCo is an easy 20 drive, again many fine restaurants.

Unusual Circumstances but Still 5 Stars

The unit was beautiful and very spacious. Unfortunately, on our first night there, there was a massive storm that knocked down trees and power lines which left us without power. Good news was that many of the lights and outlets in our unit was backed by a generator possibly and so we were not sitting in the dark. The next morning we woke up to no water in the unit and were informed that the water runs on pumps and so the power outages in the area must be the cause. We managed to get through the morning with bottled water and packed up and left for the beach to make the most of our vacation. Luck for us, the power and water were restored quickly and when we returned from our day at the beach we had both. All in all we had a great time in Hermosa and we didn't let mother nature ruin our vacation. Our hostess Raquel was great and very responsive. She even had another rental property ready for us to move to in case the power and more importantly the water was not restored.

Det er en fantastisk lejlighed med alt hvad hjertet begærer. Køkkenet var mere end vel udstyret - også det lille køkken ovenpå ved den vidunderlige tagterrasse. Beliggenheden var kun 5 minutters gang fra stranden, hvor der var hyggelige restauranter. Også tæt på købmand som havde alt hvad vi behøvede. Nabohotellet har dejlig restaurant og underholdning flere aftener om ugen.
