Great location!

Property was clean and as described. Nice deck and pool area. Walking distance to restaurants and the community beach. Friendly locals, very quiet and safe area. Dog friendly neighborhood.

Cedar Key

I've stayed at Island place 3 times. By far my favorite. So close to Dock street, you can walk to everything you need or rent a golf cart.

Family Getaway

Everything was great. Wish pool was a little warmer for this time of year. Pool key was not on. lanyard, had to ask for key.

Clean and lovely interior

Well appointed unit. Comfortable and clean. A bit unfortunate that it’s a rear unit on the parking lot with the noise of the major artery coming into Cedar Key. But the porch view of the water was lovely.

Cedar Key

The unit is very small and could definitely use updating. The light in the bathroom is missing the cover & one of the fluorescent tubes was burnt out. The bathroom needs work, including a paint job. The dishwasher is so small that it is practically unusable.

Great little place with a great location

The condo was great if you have small kids. The food out couch worked great. There is only a single twin in the hall way. We thought since it said bunk beds there would be 2 twin over twin. It is not. The pool was great. Tony’s restaurant is a must over the other big names too! Perfect walking distance to everything.
