Beachfront Condo - Corner Balcony! Amazing Views! Great Location!

Welcome to our home at the beach! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our 7th floor corner wrap around balcony offers views of the morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wonderful beach view and private bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two full-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds and it's own balcony overlooking the island and a view of the bay. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen television with an Amazon Fire Stick for you to stream your favorite subscriptions . Our condo comfortably sleeps 8 people.

LIVING/KITCHEN
The open living area has modern, comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean through the wall of windows! You will find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional bar area with a small beverage refrigerator, and we have a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room.

AMENITIES
Our condo has cable television in the living room and master bedroom and wi-fi throughout. We provide plenty of beach towels, an umbrella, 4 chairs and a beach wagon for your use.

Property amenities include a hot tub, pool & kiddie pool, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball and gated private parking lot. It's a short walk to some of the islands best restaurants, shops, entertainment and even the grocery store!

This is a NO SMOKING condo and NO PETS ALLOWED.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS IS 25 YEARS OR OLDER. Primary renter must occupy the unit.

ATTN Spring Breakers: This complex will accept reservations only for families. No Spring Break activity will be allowed to the risk of eviction without REFUND.

It is a beautiful, recently renovated condo. The pictures reflect accurately the apartment. It is a perfect rental for a family, I traveled with my wife, 2 daughters and my son. We had a great time, the apartment has everything you need for cooking, going down to the beach, and relax at the end of the day. This is a corner unit which comes with a larger balcony which is also great to enjoy the view. The communication with the host was excellent, she provided all the information needed clearly and whenever needed replied very quickly. I totally recommend this for a family vacation!

Beautiful location with a very well furnished and equipped unit! Has everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Owners were also very responsive. Loved our stay!

Great communication with owner. Sparkling clean condo. Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. All the extras, including tips on local restaurants, and clear expectations/guidelines for the property. Will likely book again. Great experience!

Perfect location and perfect condo

This is a beautiful condo in a great complex. We especially loved the wonderful corner balcony looking right out on the beach. It's furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. We will go back!

Great condo with amazing views!

The location of this condo is great and the views are amazing. The patio was the highlight for us! Plenty of room in the condo to fit our family comfortably. We would love to stay here again should we ever come back to SPI. Thank you!

Best Ever

This property was amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Location is directly on the beach, and the view is amazing. The entire property is kept pristine and the unit has been remodeled and everything is brand new. Great hospitality and welcome guide. We can't wait to go back during hte summer!

Lovely Stay!

We had a great time at this condo. The views were exactly what we wanted and the condo was clean and prepped for our arrival. Perfect walking distance to restaurants and some shops as well. We utilized the pool, the playground and the toys/wagon/beach necessities that were provided from the condo. The condo was stocked with all we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for having us, we will be back!

Best Vacation Ever!

Beautiful Condo, the pictures of the view are accurate but so stunning in person. It was so easy to get to the beach and being able to use their wagon and beach chairs made it even better. This place will always be special because my daughter got engaged on the balcony with the moonlight and ocean to set the mood! My only complaint was the humidity!

The best condo we have stayed in!

This condo was absolutely exceptional!! The owners were super nice and helpful. They had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. We were so tickled to be able to use the beach wagon and chairs. They even supply you with beach towels. It literally felt like you were part of their family. I would recommended this condo a million times over! Thank you!! We can’t wait to come back and stay.

My Favorite Ocean Vista Condo!!!

We have stayed in many different condos at Ocean Vista over the past 20 (or more?) years and I can honestly say that this is my favorite by far! It is very well equipped, has a beautiful decor, and an exceptional deep, corner balcony. The depth of the balcony provides morning shade and the corner provides more breeze. We love to sit on the balcony and the comfortable chairs are the perfect height for ocean/beach gazing! Hope we get a chance to return to this lovely condo in the near future.

When our 3 children were young we brought them to the beach every summer for our family vacation. During the pandemic in 2020 we came several times and our kids went to school remotely while enjoying the beach with us during their free time. We decided that SPI is our happy place and we want to spend as much time here as possible!
