We’re sorry, however, that several issues affected your stay. We understand the nearby highway traffic may not be ideal for everyone, and we apologize for the difficulty with the main entry key, the bedroom fireplaces not working, the lack of clear instructions for the main room fireplace, and the jammed ice maker. Your comments will be shared with our maintenance and management teams so these items can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope the beautiful waterfront setting still provided some enjoyable moments during your stay.
