All photos show the construction and fencing on this listing along with a notice that there is construction near the unit at the very top of the description. "Rates reflect a discount for nearby and neighboring south-side construction with gulf views being obstructed." Thank you for being our guest, and we hope to see you again soon.

We apologize for your displeasure. It is very unfortunate that the construction began during your stay and we were unaware of when it would start. I do see that when we were made aware we did offer a discount on the stay and allowed you to leave early without penalty. The property description has been updated with full disclosure at the top to make sure future renters are aware that construction has begun and is at this time ongoing. Please do not let this deter you from using our services in the future as we strive to make each guests stay as comfortable and problem free as possible.
