Great location to the beach and convention center. Love the room set up and space. 3 full bathrooms a big plus. Pull out couch mattress was dirty so we didnt use. The kitchen floor also had not been cleaned well.

Cannot express how great this company is. Communication was the best I have ever had. This unit is clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Everything worked great. The air conditioning was wonderful. You might want to pack some extra blankets if you get cold. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook with. We love edgewater and we love anchors away. I would definitely use them again.

Great time and amenities

I took my 16 year old and 4 of his friends for a spring break trip. Great location! They loved all the pools and hot tubs. Access to the beach was great and the property was the perfect size for us all

Great communication with host. Property was just as viewed online. Rooms and unit were very clean. Had 2 small issues with appliances. Contacted host were fixed within 24hrs. Would definitely use them again.

Very clean, comfortable and beachy

Great experience. So much room and we loved location. The small pool right across from unit and the cuteness of unit made for a great family vacay. Was also great having the room with bunks for the teenagers. Would recommend!

Beautiful, well-appointed condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the double bunks! They had beach gear and a gift basket with thoughtful items that we might need upon arrival. Check in/out was easy. Highly recommend!!!

Villa was roomy, clean and had majority of what you need in the kitchen. Heated (February) pool right across from the front door and quiet location!

We have been coming to Panama City every Memorial Day for 10 years this year we did a family trip…. This condo was the best unit we have had in Panama City, the check in was super smooth and easy and the check out was even better…I recommend this unit as your first choice I look forward to next year….

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was great! We loved being on the ground level, and the tram service was amazing. Very quick and efficient! Everyone was super friendly. The resort amenities were wonderful also. Thank you so much for having us!

Nice week away

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The unit was exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 5 grown kids ages 18-21 in the unit. It was enough room for all of us. I would consider staying in this unit again.

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient!

This 3 bedroom Villa was very spacious and comfortable. My daughter participated in a National Dance Competition at the Event Center located in this resort. We were close enough to walk to the Event Center and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. The beds are extremely comfortable! It is a short walk to the beach or you can catch a ride on one of the trams (golf carts) that takes you over the bridge (total ride takes all of 1 minute at most) and drops you even closer to the beach. Very nice resort area and nice villa!

Loved it

The villa was awesome. We loved being close to the beach and the tram would pick us up at our door. The only complaint I have is some of the electrical outlets didn't work and having 11 cell phones make it so so. But, we fortunately had brought some extension cords. I would definitely recommend this place. The villa had everything we needed. We will be going back

Condo Review

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. A suggestion I would make is to have better curtains in the two guest bedrooms and that will fully cover the windows and keep out the lights at night. The bathrooms were not cleaned to our acceptance, but the rental company was contacted. We cleaned the bathrooms and continued with our stay.

This property did not look like the pictures that were provided in the listing to us. Upon arrival we found a lot of marks on floors, quite a few things broken. And the place was ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. The cleaning people only surface clean and you can clearly tell.

I'm so sorry you didn't read the listing before booking. Make sure you read listings & not just look at photos before renting a property. We had it in the listing as well as the caption on the photo that the bunks were going to be removed per the fire marshal. We just hadn't had updated photos done in that room. I'm so sorry, if you had read that you would have definitely known about the bunks being removed per city guidelines for short term rentals as a requirement to rent. Yes, there are some marks on the floor. This is a rental. We have thousands of people in and out of the condo. It's normal wear & tear. Which I said we def knew about & would be addressing. Nothing in the unit was broken. There were shelves in the fridge cracked. Nothing that hindered on your stay. It's just so funny that you said after a week of being in the unit that the place was so dirty. I feel that if the place was not up to your standards you would have let me know that the first day when you were contacting us in regard to the bunks not being in the unit. Basically, all this boiled down to is the fact that you & your party were upset about the fact you didn't read the listing & read that there would no longer be bunk beds in that 3rd bedroom. I am honestly not shocked by the review. Your party damaged a lot of our linen. Place was disgusting upon arrival of our team after you checked out. Communication with you wasn't that great at all. Just please make sure to read listings before booking someone's place. I think that would cut down on a lot of your frustration. Thanks for choosing to book with Anchors Away. Happy 2024!

Friends reunion

My group of friends currently lives in 3 different states ranging from GA, IL, to TX. We come to PCB every year or every other year to meet up for a few days. I’ve never stayed at Edgewater but we all agreed we would come back to this spot again. It fit our group and our needs perfectly. We had some sort of issue with a pipe but the owner was honest and let me know when a plumber would be there to fix it. The man was also sweet too and they weren’t in our way. It may have bothered some people but not us so we didn’t ask for a discount or anything.

Relaxing and Convenient

We stayed at this lovely villa in Edgewater for a dance competition. We had 8 people. 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We were close to the Event Center and the kids could easily walk back and forth to their dances. It being a gated community also gave us a nice sense of security. There is a pool just outside the door of the villa that no one was ever at but us. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We fed everyone plenty of meals using the well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer Were wonderful to keep all our towels and swimsuits clean. This was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay in this villa and use this property management company again. Nothing better then a relaxing convenient vacation where everyone is happy 😎

Nice place near all attractions and restaurants

The condo definitely looked bigger in the pictures. I would suggest no more than 4 adults and 4 kids. We had 7 adults and 3 teen/children. The "kids" room was definitely too small for 6 people! And there isn't a closet in that room which made it a little difficult. I did have to call the manager in regards to some cleaning that didn't look like it got done. They said they'd send the cleaners back over when we left for the afternoon. Not 100% sure that happened. Definitely ALOT of areas that seem to be getting missed by their cleaning crew. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable time there.
