Great Place!

The cottage was just as charactized in the listing, close proximity to any and everything you want to do in Hot Springs, quiet neighborhood made it a peaceful stay. If you are looking for a secluded getaway but still want to be able to be close to everything in the area I highly recommend this cottage!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay! It was nice, quiet and cozy for our short trip to the National park. Away from the busy area but close enough to do everything we wanted!

Perfect couples getaway

The cottage is extremely cute, modern and had just enough space to get away with your special someone or even a friend. It’s roughly 10 minutes from downtown and is also right by the store. I strongly recommend staying at this property!

Weekend at the Horse Races!

Great place for a weekend at the track watching the horses run, this worked out perfect for us. Tucked away with plenty of privacy and for me an my wife this was perfect! Only one thing I would add is a wine opener would have been helpful as I brought two bottles but forgot to pack the wine opener! LOL Overall we'd definitely book again for a weekend stay.

Halfway stop to Gatlinburg TN

Finding this property and renting ect...all went smoothly with no issues. Owners were very accommodating and answered all of our questions and concerns. It is a nice little quiet cottage that is close to downtown Hot Springs but secluded from all the traffic and noise. I would only comment that maybe a small window unit be installed in the bedroom as it was a little warm. It was July with very hot temperatures so this may actually be a non-issue during cooler months. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Quick Get Away

The property is less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d like to go in Hot Springs. We enjoyed the peacefulness and location of the cottage.

Hot Springs vacation

Nice little cottage. Only minor issue was the small shower and the little bit to stiff bed, but that to each their own. Also was hoping to see some deer & turkeys but didn’t see any.

House was pretty much as described. Did have hard time locating it because it was night when we arrived. Have everything you need other than a can opener. Couch was uncomfortable.

Great little place!

Was perfect for our needs. I had to have a dental surgery so needed a place to stay before traveling home. This little building was great, it was clean and quiet. The only thing I would warn is there is no door on bedroom. But that wasn’t an issue for us. Owner provided healthy snacks which was a nice change from other places. Thanks for a great stay.

Warm & Cozy Getaway

Location, Location, Location

This cottage is the perfect location - close to everything but so quite with no traffic. It was perfect for our weekend at the races. It was very clean, big soft towels, comfortable bed and a big backyard area where the deer passed through. The Keurig coffee machine made it possible to not have to rush out for that morning cup of caffeine. We had a great time!

Pure Serenity

This was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Everything was just perfect. Nice and quiet neighborhood. My fiance' and I truly enjoyed this sweet little cottage. It had. We had everything we needed. We cooked together and had the best alone time ever. Thanks for the opportunity to rent it and the laid out hospitality at this cottage. We will definitely be visiting again and this is our go to place for sure.....if it's available.

Hot Springs escape

The cottage was the perfect size for a couple of days. The location was perfect and close to all the things I wanted to see. My stay was very quiet and I had everything I needed. Wi-Fi was great & the bed was super comfy. Would def stay there again.

Perfect cottage!

My best friend and I stayed here for a weekend of shopping and relaxation! It was just perfect for what we needed! And it was a great price! We will probably be coming back next year for another weekend! Thanks again for everything!

Hot Springs Get Away

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s cottage. It’s perfect for two people. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. Nancy responded immediately to my questions /concerns. The cottage is in a great location. We were no more than a 20 minute drive for everything we wanted to do.
