The Space

1st Floor: You'll come across an open and airy living room with a wood burning fireplace that will keep you all warm in the blink of an eye. Turn on the TV and watch a favorite show, or if you'd really like to enjoy the outdoors while being comfortable, you can head outside to the furnished and covered deck that features a cozy living space and gas grill; the perfect place to unwind. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A large kitchen island along with 4 bar stools; ready for great conversations! Main level master suite (full sized bed) with en-suite full bathroom. Master bathroom has dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower. A baby crib is also included! Double doors lead out to the wraparound porch. Private half bathroom, pantry, and washer/dryer is well appointed!

2ND Floor (Upstairs): A second master suite (king size bed) with en-suite full bathroom boasts the best views in the house. Master suite has two private decks with spectacular mountain views; perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine. Bathroom suite has dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower. Once again, the views are amazing from this room! Outside the master suite, a loft area with a twin day bed and trundle underneath; perfect for the kids or plenty of room for additional adults.

Basement Floor: Two additional bedrooms— first bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has bunks, full size bed on the bottom and twin on top. Both rooms are large and spacious. Newly upgraded full bathroom with rainfall shower and SAUNA! The best part of the basement is the entertaining room with the THEATER AND POOL TABLE! This room is completely surrounded by speakers and surround sound. A wine cooler/fridge, microwave, and sink is ready for all your party drinks and snacks. When you are ready to take a break from playing pool or watching a movie, step outside the french doors and jump in the hot tub!
