Great cabin, great location. Host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was spacious, well kept. The outdoor fire pit, hot tub were awesome and the view was beautiful.

The appearance of this property showed neglect. It was so dusty, mold & mildew on rockers and porch. Needed new air filter, was so awful(supposed to be changed every 30 days). Kitchen drawers dirty, needed new water filter in refrigerator. All of these things should have been done to make the house totally ready for guests.I had to text rental company to get things done and I had to clean & dust, unacceptable. I don’t think anyone had rented this property for awhile . Bathrooms, refrigerator were clean, beds made but rooms not dusted. Wooden blinds also so dusty. Oven not clean and dryer filter not cleaned out.I have used VRBO for over 15 years and never experienced this kind of disappointment with a rental.The house itself is nice, great views and we enjoyed the area.

The check-in was smooth and the management comoany was accomodating by letting us in 2 hours before the posted check-in without paying extra which was appreciated. The property offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our kids and grandchildren traveling with us and the property has a pack and play, a infant size portable crib, a stroller and a baby bath seat and the sleeping nooks upstairs are comfortable and a creative way to provide more bed space. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking everyday meals and the grill worked great. The outdoor furniture is pretty beat up and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time, but the outdoor view is stunning. As a pet friendly property there is limited safe places to walk your pup due to the steep road and lack of level terrain on the property, but we made it work. The hot tub is nice but be aware the default temp is 105 so turn it down a notch when you get there. I would say its a bit over priced for the condition its in but again, the views are lovely.

This is a beautiful cabin! The views of the mountains were incredible! We loved the outside deck/patio and enjoyed making s’mores with the grandkids! The beds were all comfortable! The basement was a second cozy area to gather and play! We also loved the close proximity to Blue Ridge! Would highly recommend this cabin!

Weekend get away

Beautiful view! Plenty of everything. Could be dusted just a bit better on lamps and high things. Very nice options for a baby with gait, pack and play, stroller, high chair, etc. we will go back!

Cozy cabin with good view

Checkin was easy. Location a good within 15 mins to most things we wanted to do downtown Blue ridge. Generally clean but a lot of the dishes were dirty. Could use an upgrade on cookware-get rid of Teflon. Also need a flat skillet. It has a beautiful view from the back of the house looking to the mountains

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Two families with two little dogs and two children under three met up at this beautiful home for a week of family time. The home had wonderful amenities, was more than able to house all of us, and provided some incredible entertainment spaces with stunning views. We had actually originally booked another house in the area that ended up canceling on us last minute due to property damage and we found this one instead. The host was super helpful, considerate, and very attentive to our every need, especially with the last minute booking. They provided text messages with important information, a digital guidebook, and always responded to text messages quickly and checked in after a few days to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything we could think of was in the house, including baby items (high chair, pack n play, stroller, and bathtub) which came in so handy. The views are beyond incredible and are by far the selling point of this place - this property absolutely offers everything you could ever think of and more, and the multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces offer comfort and spectacular views. All family members were incredibly pleased with the house and agreed that we would all love to come back!! Super family friendly with incredible views and homey comfort - what more could you possibly ask for!

Nice family weekend away

We had a great stay at the cabin. Definitely got some much needed family time in. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the back patio did not look like the photos in the listing. There were a lot of weeds overgrown everywhere including the steps from the deck down to the firepit area. We did enjoy the fire pit one night but prob would have utilized this area a lot more (part of why I booked this cabin) if everything wasn’t so overgrown and was maintained to look the way it does in the listing photos.

Endless Mountain View

We absolutely loved our getaway! The cabin was extremely clean, well furnished, and very spacious. The patio was picture perfect and we enjoyed having the option of both gas or wood burning fire Pitt! There was plenty of dining space both inside and outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were VERY spacious and clean! We also enjoyed the game room and hot tub! This cabin is pet friendly. We really liked that the main level outdoor deck was gated off. Our dog was able to roam around without us worrying about her getting out. We highly recommend this property! We would love to see the clear Mountain View during the Fall or Spring as well because even now during the cooler month it was spectacular! I am sure the colors would be stunning! I rate this house a 5 out of 5! My only recommendations would be additional cookware. We had a family of four and cooked most meals at the cabin. We were in need of a large skillet and large cooking tray. Also, my other recommendation is a different placement for the security camera outback. Currently, it is placed directly over the hot tub. I don’t believe it was facing the tub directly but I am not fully sure. I would just recommend a different placement for guest privacy. But, as stated it was an amazing property and we really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!
