One of the things guests appreciate most about our Hyannis vacation home is the freedom to leave the car behind and walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, and local shops. After a day exploring Cape Cod, the home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, along with comfortable outdoor spaces for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing in the fresh coastal air. We’re so glad your group enjoyed the location, easy walk to the beaches, nearby restaurants, game room, and all the beach gear we keep on hand for guests. We know how important a truly comfortable night’s sleep is on vacation, and with nine mattresses throughout the home in a variety of sizes, we’ve worked hard to provide high-quality sleeping arrangements for our guests. Of course, mattress comfort can be very personal—some guests prefer firm, others soft, and everything in between. We’re always looking for ways to make this Hyannis beach house even better. We’re especially excited that one of our next improvements will be a new king-sized bed in the upper-level primary suite. We’ve been comparing recommendations from experienced short-term rental owners, host groups, blogs, and YouTube channels to find a mattress that offers the best all-around comfort for our guests.
