We always strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained experience for every guest. Upon being made aware of your concerns, we had our housekeeping team out the same day of your arrival to address the areas you felt needed further attention. We also offered to have our professional upholstery company come out to clean the furniture during your stay, however out of respect for your time, we honored your preference and scheduled that service for after your departure. Regarding the garage, we do want to clarify that it is not advertised as available for guest use. As for the street drainage, unfortunately that is something outside of our control, though we understand it can be frustrating during heavy rain. We also want you to know that had we been made aware that the kitchen felt lacking in any way, we would have been more than happy to bring those items out to you — we are available 24/7 for any request and truly mean that. We appreciate you acknowledging our responsiveness and the great location, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to provide the experience you expected and deserved.

We do apologize that the pool was not to your satisfaction during your stay. We had just experienced multiple thunderstorms and heavy wind speeds. Our staff is available to assist immediately 24/7 to ensure your comfort, we would have had our pool company and landscapers go out to the property and clean up the home for you. We will always address concerns and maintenance items you may experience as soon possible if they are brought to our attention during your stay. We hope that you will give us another chance.
