The fun outdoor space with a new heated pool will keep kids and adults engaged for hours! We are in the Eagle mountain subdivision, and only minutes’ drive to all that this beautiful serene town has to offer. This cabin is just what your group needs to unwind and relax!

🛋LIVING AREA:
Rum n’ Raisin is a 2-story cabin. As you enter the front door, you will be greeted by high ceilings, many light-filled windows, and a modern fireplace. Our living room is perfect to cozy up on the sofa in front of the fireplace and watch TV or just relax and read your favorite book. A powder bathroom is off the living room for quick access. 2nd floor access is via a spiral staircase in the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
✔Please read and accept all house rules prior to booking.
✔Renters agreement must be signed by the guest over 25 years booking the property.
✔Please follow all posted pool and hot tub rules.
✔There is a pool heating fee of $100/day, this can be requested after the reservation is confirmed. (Availability of the pool heating will depend on outside temperatures)
✔Security cameras monitor exterior frontyard/backyard and do not point to any interior spaces. These have been placed for home security and make sure our no-parties policies are being followed. Video is recording 24/7 and played back only in case of any issues.
✔Seasonal gas fireplaces in the living room and patio available from October 1st to April 30th.
✔Touch Stay digital guidebook is provided upon booking. This will be a comprehensive most updated guide to the cabin and the Hochatown area.
✔This cabin is in the middle of a national forest. Please note before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including reptiles, insects, wasps, snakes, bears, deer, just to name a few. The cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen but the forest life may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!
