Wonderful place to stay with beautiful sunset views from every room, Host was very accommodating and was always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. Spacious and clean.

This is one of the best condos we have rented. Kitchen well stocked and the view from the patio had us eating in condo more than normal. Owner has it beautifully decorated and was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this unit

Our host was excellent. Great communication and always reaching out to see how things were going. Would definitely book again. The Bay View Grand Marina still struggles with the chairs at the beach and pool. There is more people then they can accommodate. Unfortunately that is a big turn off for the resort.

Wonderful stay, property and view was just as described, beautiful! Kitchen was stocked for cooking, a/c worked great, pool floats and process for reserving pool chairs was nice to have. Downsides; the water was turned off twice and to turn it back on was a bit of a hassle with the administration/prop mgr, the other downside it’s that the property manager never came to greet us at arrival, the administration checked us in but we had a lot to figure out on our own (i.e. how to use the lock/code.) The property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful over messaging, so if you prefer messaging then maybe this wouldn’t bother you. Would I stay again…absolutely!!

Dear Mary, Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, the views, and the amenities. I’d like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. I offer convenient self check-in with a keyless lock, which many guests prefer. My property manager, Colleen, also makes every effort to personally welcome guests on the day of arrival and go over any questions, and available in case of any questions or concerns during the stay as well. In this case, she reached out to schedule a visit with you on arrival day, but wasn’t able to connect due to limited communication at that time. She followed up again and remained available throughout the stay. I was also available and in communication during your visit. The only communication I received was for a contact number and assistance with a dinner reservation at Punta Romantica, which I was happy to provide right away. I also checked in a couple of times to see if you had any questions or concerns, and was glad to hear you were having a lovely stay. Regarding the water interruptions, this was a very rare occurrence and the first time we have experienced this issue. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, These were related to building maintenance outside of our control. Even so, Colleen went in person—late in the evening—to work with administration and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback.

Zhanna the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo had a spectacular patio area that wrapped around the condo. Ocean views from most of the condo. Was well apportioned with everything you need whether you’re staying a week or month. BVG is a very beautiful building that is kept impeccably clean. It sits on the ocean with a beautiful two mile stretch of beach. The pool area is very nice with a staff to take care of your needs. A very enjoyable stay…

Colleen, the property manager, was waiting for us upon arrival . She was very helpful with our check in and tour of the unit. As a bonus, she provided recommendations for wines (ie. Mexico doesn't tax wines from Chili). The unit was very clean and everything worked! There are 3 sliding glass doors so the breeze was fabulous and we didn't have to run the AC too much. We slept great in the king size bed. The bedding was nice along with the mattress. The living room couch was very comfortable and we were able to use our apps (Netflix, AppleTV, etc) to watch our favorite shows. There was only 2 of us but we loved the 2 bathrooms and they had it stocked with lots of towels. The unit is high enough to see beautiful sunsets and relax on the 2 balcony's. Lastly, the owner of the unit, Zhanna is awesome ... very responsive and was great to work with. We loved our stay and have plans to return.

Best Sunset Deck Ever

The owner Zhanna was amazing to deal with! Her unit is located in the perfect spot to watch magical sunsets.
